Ich möchte mich bei der Firma HappyBart und insbesondere bei Bart bedanken. Er hat unser Projekt gerettet. Es war eine klassische Situation, wenn man anfangs mit einer Firma mit unbekanntem Ruf zu tun hatte. Die ursprüngliche Firma, die die Renovierung unserer Wohnung durchführte, machte viele Fehler bei den Sanitär- und Elektroinstallationen, und als sie fertig waren, gab es ein Wasserleck vom Badezimmer in die Küche. Dann verschwand diese Firma und ließ uns mit unserem Problem allein. Eine Woche bevor eine andere Firma die Einbauküche einbauen sollte, war alles wieder in Ordnung. Können Sie sich den Druck vorstellen, der auf uns lastete? Wir sind Kanadier und wir haben HappyBart gefunden. Bart kam sofort zu uns, erkannte die Probleme und schickte am nächsten Tag seine Leute zu uns. Vor allem sind wir Wojtek sehr dankbar. Er ist kompetent und super effizient. Die Kommunikation mit Bart und seinem Personal war sehr effizient und schnell. Der Preis richtete sich nach den Arbeitsschritten, war fair und von Anfang an sehr klar. Sie haben das Bad wieder zusammengebaut, alle Fliesen entfernt, alle Rohre ausgetauscht und alle beschädigten elektrischen Leitungen erneuert (wir haben alle Schäden durch das Wasserleck und die nicht richtig installierten Rohre, die dieses Problem verursacht haben, mit eigenen Augen gesehen). Die Firma happyBart hat alle Vorbereitungen für den weiteren Kücheneinbau in 1 Woche erledigt. Danach haben sie die Renovierung des Badezimmers in zwei Wochen zügig abgeschlossen. Ich war beeindruckt von der Geschwindigkeit und der Qualität ihrer Arbeit. Außerdem hat Bart nur das Nötigste getan und uns nicht zu viel berechnet. Ich persönlich möchte den Leuten versichern, dass HappyBart das Geld wert ist, das wir für ihren Service ausgegeben haben, ohne es zu bereuen. It was a classical situation when initially people dealt with the company with unknown reputation. The initial company that was performed renovation of our apartment made a lot of mistakes with plumbing and electricity, after they finished it was a water leak from the bathroom to the kitchen room. Then this company disappeared and left us alone with our problem. Everything was right one week before another company needed to install inbuilt kitchen. Can you imagine the pressure on us? We are Canadians and we found HappyBart. Bart came to us immediately recognized the problems and send the next day his people to us. Especially we are very thankful to Wojtek. He is skilled and super efficient. Communication with Bart and his personal was very efficient and quick. The price was based on the steps of work, fair and very clear right from the beginning. They reassemble the bathroom, removed all tiles, replace all pipes and redo all damaged electrical wires (we saw all damages from water leak and not properly installed pipes that were causing this problem with our own eyes). The happyBart company did all preparation in 1 week for the further kitchen installation. After that they expeditiously completed the renovation of the bathroom in two weeks. I was impressed with the speed and quality of their job. Moreover Bart did only necessary thing and did not overcharge us. I personally would like to reassure people that HappyBart worth the money that we spent for their service without any regrets. My family and I were introduced to the Happy Bart team by an interior architect, who supported us in rethinking our flat and making better use of our m2. A good collaboration between architect and craftsmen is always valuable for the process, therefore we were happy to follow her recommendation and implement her plan in collaboration with the Happy Bart Team. The Happy Bart Team supported us with a basic brush up of our flat restoring our walls and painting them. They rewired the electricity so that it fits our new distribution, hung up lamps, hangers, etc. They ordered and hung up a glass wall and thereby created an extra room. The Happy Bart team was reliable and professional throughout the process. It was easy to make appointments with them, they were very accessible and they walked an extra mile and made it possible to work while we were on holiday despite a short notice. Happy Bart helped me out by correcting a poorly-installed shower from the previous owner's renovation company (unlevel flooring and bad fixtures) and also installed sound-protection walls in my apartment due to some noisy neighbors. They exceeded my expectations on all levels and I was very happy with the results. The shower is now fully functional and they even checked, and enhanced, the water protection underneath while redoing this. Concerning the sound dampening walls, I can read a book without screaming kids next door interrupting. When there were any problems or questions, Habib from the team solved them and his communication was clear, precise, and timely. I used HappyBart for some delivery ,carrying and assembly of IKEA furniture. Everything went very smooth, from the first contact to the delivery date and the handover and inspection of the work done. I really appreciated that the craftsmen called me during their work and asked some questions to clarify some things, and also had some good ideas themselves. They were also very good english speakers, a very big plus for me who is not so good in german and this made everything very easy. Very satisfied with Bart and his men. We contracted them to plaster and paint our new apartment and sand/treat the original floor boards. We also had a custom cabinet built. Everything was done with a high degree of professionalism and the results were superb. Bart himself is highly responsive when he's on the job, very friendly and speaks English natively. We were daunted by the instructions which estimated a ~3 hour assembly time, so we left the mirror in its original box for months on end...
