As a recent customer of this boutique, I strongly advise against giving them your business unless you're comfortable with a business that only cares about you when they are making money. Because once the merchandise is paid for, their service to you is no longer needed and unless you are paying them more, they will NOT go above and beyond to service their clients.
I recently paid full price for a time piece and followed their instructions completely for a Global Blue refund. They missed an important detail about keeping the original box and it hindered me from receiving the refund (I didn't keep it because I was backpacking). I asked for help to send me a box; they asked for €290. How petty.
Sure, this is a profit-based company, but when you spend this kind of money, it's poor taste to have a customer pay for the company's poor advisement. After contacting the representatives that assisted with my purchase, Johanna and Adrian, for help - they wanted more money. What's worse, they never even checked back to see how things were going or offer any reasonable help after I explained the predicament THEY put me in.
In this type of industry, they don't represent the excellent service standards expected. Not elite, not excellent, not even worthy of an honorable mention. When your transaction is complete at this business, they will smile and give you their business card. But it's worthless because trying to ask for help after you leave the store is impossible.
