We absolutely love this place, we discovered it a few yrs ago and have been there many times. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is fun and they have a beautiful patio out back! The food is amazing!!! We the monster tot, we had never had such a large tot with different topping, so delicious!! The pizza choice are fun and creative also delicious! my husband loves the burgers they are also creative and delicious as well!!! We drive 25 minutes to get there and it is so worth it!!! I somehow just discovered this place! We went here on a Friday night for dinner and got a two-top right away. Easy Pie features pizzas (duh) and burgers along with salads and some apps. The pizzas looked great but we were craving a burger. We ordered a burger with fries to share along with a caeser salad. We chose "the big country" burger with caramelized onions, bacon, honey bbq sauce, and pickles. Whoa...how can you eat this thing by yourself?! Well...you could...but glad we didn't! The burger was pretty thick and juicy, not too much bbq sauce, and the onions were super flavorful. Overall--very tasty and the fries were good too. I have ordered pizza and boneless wings here a few times. The food is always good, maybe a bit pricey but not terrible. The main reason for such a low rating is how terrible their customer service is. Almost every time we have ordered takeout we have to wait over an hour for our food even though and the time to pick it up is listed as much quicker. We've even ordered delivery and had items missing from our order. After countless horrible experiences we have decided that the food is not worth returning and we won't be going back, and we aren't the only ones. Many times when we have been stuck waiting for our food others are experiencing the same problems as well. It overall shows a lack of caring about their customers which is disappointing. read more

We came here a lot the end of 2017 after we first bought our house around the corner from here. After a pregnancy hiatus (I by no fault of theirs was triggered stomach wise by the El Hefe pizza, and then didn't have an appetite for the pizza for a bit) we came back. The pros: Really interesting pizza combos (Any Given Sunday is great!), decent crusts. Good boneless wings, excellent potato chips, unique mixed drinks, really good turkey burgers and chicken sammies. Onion rings and regular fries are very good. Interior is cute, we've never tried the patio because that's when I was on pregnancy hiatus hahah. All the servers and bartenders we've had were nice. The cons: It's really-uh- revere at later hours. Which sometimes I'm in the mood for and sometimes (more often, I'm not). They're next to Harley Davidson, which can bring in a somewhat loud, rowdy, heavily accented crowd. Also, not sure if it's still true, but they only had canned/bottle beer and while a good selection, they were pricey. Large pizza prices are INSANE (32 for some pies?! What.) I went to Easy Pie about a 2 weeks ago with my family, the pizzas and drinks were amazing!!!! The staff was helpful and gave great recommendations. We ordered a cheese pizza for the kids, the sweet chili pizza and the pu pu platter pizza and it was was like an explosion of flavor in your mouth. The waitress recommended a margarita (not sure the name of it) and it was delicious as well ! We were all full, but had to order a smores pizza to take home for dessert , boyyyy just smelling it made my mouth water. Second time being here and both times the service was terrible... They look lost and frazzled. No one there takes charge. You ask a question and they just look at each other like prairie dogs waiting to hide and run before being grabbed by an hawk or eagle. Easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Split the "California Dreamin'" which consists of fried chicken, avocado, a perfectly cooked fried egg and bacon encased in two slices of grilled Texas toast. It tasted amazing! Also split a Caesar salad with steak tips which were also perfectly cooked. Absolutely delicious meal. We went around opening hours so the place was empty and we were told to seat ourselves. We had a lovely and attentive waitress who really seemed to be two steps ahead of all of our needs. I've been to the braintree location several times but have only ordered pizza. Our server let us know that pizza is delicious but that the restaurant is known for its amazing sandwiches and we were so grateful for her recommendations. I understand the concept. I'll present the guilty pleasure dishes you love on a pizza. My first unhappiness was the limited seating ( I hate having to sit at high top tables). Then I saw the owner in passing and he acted as if I was nobody special. Of course I said hello but he was elsewhere. I expected him to visit the table so he could give a proper "hello" back. He didn't. Oh, well. I thought. Then the pizza came out. Thick pre made crust. Now, there's the big disappointment! The crust was a big texture obstacle for me. Also. Taking the pizza home and having it for a snack later was a bigger disappointment. The crust gets too hard. It was unappetizing. Who wants to " work" to eat leftover pizza? We had the desert pizza. The same crust. Sigh! Why? Not the texture I'm looking for with a desert. Didn't the owner have others test out his recipes? Was the owner available for honest feedback? I'm guessing, not. When trying to eat my leftover pizza, I gave up. I didn't enjoy it. Then it reminded me of the experience. The server was great. The place looks cool and clean. This restaurant is a one time place. I watched the Phantom Gourmet, I wonder why they suggested this place. If you serve " gourmet pizza" make your own damn crust! The bar is too big for the restaurant. Make it smaller and have some seating that an adult couple would be comfortable to sit at. I gave this restaurant 2 stars. The reason for the that was our server. It was the second Monday in October.
