Now let's touch on customer Service Passaic store customer service was horrible the girls recovering sales floor where rude and made me feel uncomfortable shopping cursing on your sales floor unprofessional behind the register cashiers had no customer service skills what's so ever. I made my purchase and was on my way out the door. Doors where locked and no one came I waited for a little while and proceeded to call an employee to open the door so I can leave.this to me is a loss prevention issue and should be looked into. I always shop at the Joyce Leslie on route 46 and I can honestly say the staff has alway been outstanding customer friendly and help great job to that store I hope that this review will help cooperate office in readjusting the performance of the Passaic store it is a store that has great potential and should be profiting more money if staff performs high quality customer service and a neat shopping experience because it was a hot mess Thank you!

I walked into the store in need of a special dress for an event that evening. Note: I despise shopping. Despise it. I was filled with dread as I declared, "I hate shopping. I have no idea what will look good on me, but I need a dress." That was all it took. Immediately, I was given a dressing room and dresses were brought to me to try on. This was the best experience of my life in a clothing store. Not only did I find a dress that looked great on me, but they had a seamstress in the store to make the necessary alterations right then and there! During COVID 19 rest room of just one i was suggesting to the manager to buy cleaning products for the store plus that manger walking around store & around me with absolutely no mask . Team leaders were treated with more respect than associates which I clearly feel like it's unfair I got let go for a personal phone call use when everyone else is on their phone on the register not paying attention what's going on . They do custom embroidery too, with couple of giant machines sitting in the middle. Very clean and organized store. Few associates are available for any help. As a sports fan, I had a wonderful time walking around the store. We went in to get a Yankee snapback. They had huge collections of 9Thirty, 9Forty and 9Fifty versions. Checkout was fast and easy. Really an exceptional store. I'll be stopping by here more often now when I am in AD.
