The professionalism has always been outstanding and it's rare for us to see bugs after treatments and when we do see them, it's generally ants. We've had a much wetter than usual spring and when we started seeing ants again, we called Valor. It wasn't our usual contract appointment, but nonetheless we explained our ant problem and they responded with a courtesy service the next day. Next day service is exceedingly rare. Their employee, Reuben arrived spot-on the time we were told to expect him. He said something that really struck me as premier customer service when he said, no matter that we sprayed in March, I am here to do whatever is needed to control your pest issues. His friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the products he was using were impressive. He listened intently and asked questions while I walked him around the trouble areas and then he went to work. Really surprised by the response that I got when I called for an extra service. We've had Dayton's…read moreas our pest control provider since we moved to Powell in the Summer and we were told that if anything showed up between treatments that we should call and they would send someone out. When we started seeing some stinkbugs in the house(alive) I decided to call for a service. We were told that Daytons didn't cover these bugs under the normal service( we would have to pay more). I though pest control services covered all pests, apparently not. I'm not going to pay extra or work with someone who doesn't let us know up front that there are certain bugs they won't kill. Even more surprising was the reaction from the lady who answered the phone. I told her that I wouldn't be using Daytons anymore and cheerfully she said, "ok".
