Being a Saturday they were very busy but they weren't too busy to do what ever it took to help us. The service representative was extremely helpful and caring about our situation- even arranging for a ride to a local car rental agency. The service department gave us periodic updates on how the repairs were progressing which was appreciated. The repairs were done quickly and as far as we can tell they were done "right". I would not hesitate to recommend Honda of Cleveland's service department to any Honda owner.

Our 2020 KIA Telluride needed an oil change and one of the exterior mirrors was not working properly. Hannah was our service advisor and she was awesome. She called us when promised (same day) and let us know the service was complete. The mirror needed parts so we have to return for that repair, but everything else was performed as promised and Hannah explained everything to us completely and told us she would keep us informed as soon as the parts are delivered and when we can bring the car back to finish the service.
