Our 2020 KIA Telluride needed an oil change and one of the exterior mirrors was not working properly. Hannah was our service advisor and she was awesome. She called us when promised (same day) and let us know the service was complete. The mirror needed parts so we have to return for that repair, but everything else was performed as promised and Hannah explained everything to us completely and told us she would keep us informed as soon as the parts are delivered and when we can bring the car back to finish the service. I would definitely recommend the KIA of Cleveland service department.

When I confronted the dealer he got defensive and said that the shops were liars and cheats and that they probably broke it when I wasnt looking just so they could make money. They informed me that the upholstery and the carpet could not be cleaned due to the heat and being cheap (which was not true). I was very disappointed to say the least so I gave Pullen's Detail Shop a call since I had used them before. They took a look at the car and informed me that it could be cleaned and they too were shocked at the poor job Extreme Details had done. On June 22, 2013 I left the car with Pullen's and was EXTREMELY pleased when I picked the car up. It was as clean as when it was brand new! So, please don't be fooled by the other detail shops (that will clean your car in the parking lot for convenience) but use the best, Pullen's Detail Shop.
