They have an Atlas and then they won't take my bank card over the phone. This is beyond bad service as they wouldn't even work with him. As this is in TN we don't live in town and need a 4WD to get up and down our driveway. My insurance company will also be hearing about this .

Don't get me wrong, the staff was friendly. We were in and out of there quickly. The car we rented was a 2012 Nissan Versa that was in pretty decent shape. There were some dings and minor interior flaws, but drove great (I have a 2008 Versa and love it). However, as soon as we opened the hatch to throw our luggage in, I could smell it. Some previous renter of this car was a chain-smoker and Hertz tried to cover up the cigarette smell with what can only be described as Grandpa's Old Cologne. It was awful! At first, we tried to grin and bear it - after all, it was an otherwise great car. But every time we got in an out of the car our senses were assaulted all over again. Not to mention the fact that the stench got all over our luggage, our clothes, our hair. There was not escape from this for TWENTY-EIGHT in the car to New Jersey (and back). Again, this a nice company, but I would be scared to rent a car from them in the future for fear of having the same issue. Moral of the story: 1) There should be "smoking" and "non-smoking" vehicles at rental car companies, and 2) For the love of everything holy, do NOT use strong-smelling air freshener in your vehicles! There was nothing "fresh" about it.

LONG POST - READ BEFORE BUYING!!!!…read more 1 STAR -- BE VERY CAREFUL BUYING HERE My wife purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 from Jacintos Auto Sales, and just three days after purchasing the truck, it began having serious problems. I immediately reached out to Sergio, the owner of Jacintos Auto Sales, and his brother David. I was initially told they would make it right, put the truck in a shop, and have it looked at. Before leaving for vacation, we took the truck to Ford to get a diagnostic and determine whether the repairs would be covered through the warranty associated with our financing. On the second or third day of our vacation, Ford contacted me and advised that the truck needed major repairs totaling just under $11,000. The good news was that the warranty would cover everything except approximately $2,800 of the repairs. The problem is that after spending $20,000 on this truck, we don't just have another $2,800 sitting around to put into a vehicle that started having major problems within days of purchasing it. I immediately contacted Sergio to see what he was going to do to help resolve the situation. Instead of addressing the problem, my calls and texts were ignored. I went to the location where his office is located multiple times trying to speak with him, but was repeatedly told he was "gone." What makes this situation even more concerning is that I personally witnessed the check-engine light being cleared while I was there. Because of the circumstances surrounding the sale and the condition of the truck after they claimed it was the best vehicle on the lot, I have since contacted an attorney who is willing to pursue the matter legally. Ford has informed us that the truck needs extensive repairs, including the entire timing system, an oil pan, a complete system flush, a tune-up, and repairs for a major oil leak, among other issues. The estimated repairs are nearly $11,000. After approximately 15 days of trying to get Sergio to simply stand behind the vehicle and help make this right, I finally received a response. Rather than working toward a solution, I was cursed at and called a "prick" and an "asshole." When I asked how he would feel if he purchased a vehicle and it broke down shortly afterward, his response was essentially that he had purchased a $200,000 vehicle that broke down and he didn't go "bitching to the car lot about it." and he hung up on me. That response says a lot about how this situation was handled. I understand that used vehicles can have problems, but when a vehicle develops major issues only three days after purchase, and the dealership initially says they will help but then stops responding, that is extremely disappointing. We didn't spend $20,000 expecting to immediately have to come up with another $2,800 for major repairs shortly after buying the truck. We expected the dealership to at least stand behind what they sold us and work with us to find a reasonable solution. My experience with Jacintos Auto Sales has been absolutely horrible. I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to have the vehicle independently inspected by a qualified mechanic and get everything in writing before handing over your money. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Jacintos Auto Sales and will never purchase another vehicle from them.

They give you a warranty but it's not worth anything for anything over $1000, which won't over much. If you are stuck with an engine or transmission repairs you are on your own. I was told the warranty would cover an engine and transmission that was completely broken in full. But it will only cover up to $1000. So he very very careful what you buy from this place! Don't get stuck with a jacked up vehicle.

And we don't know if they even included the pulley, the thermostat or new serpentine belt or the fan clutch, this gobbler didn't even say any of this was included. Gobbler means they will gobble your money. Skip this one! We haven't made up our minds yet on who to use or if the one we choose will do a good job but we won't be using this one. It should be made of gold for this price. We used to trust mastermind automotive in Benton TN but we can't get a hold of him to even get a quote. ugh! It should take depending on the tools they have and the experience they have ...40 minutes with an experienced mechanic and for inexperienced with regular tools, 3 hours. We have read and looked at all reviews n videos n pricing all over online. PriceGeek was the best prices for the parts but we found that OEM $? or ACDelco 266.00 or Gates $? or Moray( lifetime warranty) 180.00 are the best water pumps. This pump would be for a chevy 3500 van and don't even have to take the radiator out to get to it. Too many mechanics will only guarantee the pump they put in for 1 year n not even lifetime which is not right. Who wants to keep putting cheap water pumps in and cheap gaskets that cause it to leak too quickly and having to put them in over and over again? Get a good one with preferably a lifetime warranty the first time. It's too much money and too hard to do these jobs over and over again. Get Good gaskets! Get a Good pump in the first place! ...or you will be sorry. And get guaranteed lifetime labor! To charge over 1200.00 is a Total rip off! This is double what all the others charge. Just an extra Note: And the pump manufacturer this company gobbler uses wont give a warranty at all unless you have a full coolant flush with it they said. They did not say which water pump they use. Maybe they already know they will have to do it again n so they charge double just in case. If we weren't older then we could buy the pump ourselves n do it much cheaper. And some say they catch the coolant n reuse it if it's clean, but we wouldn't. 180.00-266.00 pump with pulley, 40.00 or less for the belt, 75.00 coolant n a few clamps. So for around 300.00 to 385.00 we could do it ourselves depending on whether we put on a new belt. So they are making around 800.00 for labor here. Shame Shame!
