I booked a reservation for a rental and upon arriving to the facility, I was told that there were not any vehicles to rent and that I could return in a few hours to see if any were available. Unfortunately that didn't work as I was in a hurry so I ended up renting a car with another company but I was disappointed that I drove all the way to the facility just to be told that they had nothing available. It would have been nice to receive a call advising of the lack of car rentals so I didn't waste time driving all the way there.

They give you a warranty but it's not worth anything for anything over $1000, which won't over much. If you are stuck with an engine or transmission repairs you are on your own.
