Our 2020 KIA Telluride needed an oil change and one of the exterior mirrors was not working properly. Hannah was our service advisor and she was awesome. She called us when promised (same day) and let us know the service was complete. The mirror needed parts so we have to return for that repair, but everything else was performed as promised and Hannah explained everything to us completely and told us she would keep us informed as soon as the parts are delivered and when we can bring the car back to finish the service. I would definitely recommend the KIA of Cleveland service department.

Unfortunately, when it comes to scheduling an actual appointment at the dealership, Cleveland Ford fails across the board. I originally called and scheduled an appointment. Then three days before the visit, I got an email changing both the time and the service advisor. The next day? Another email--different advisor, different time. I called to ask why the appointment kept changing and to confirm whether my vehicle would be done the same day. I was told no advisors were available and someone would call me back. No one ever did. The day before the appointment, I called again to confirm the time and was told they were expecting me that day, not the next. Again, I was told someone would call me back. Again, no one called. So the day of the scheduled service--4x4, transmission service, oil change, and coolant flush--I did not drop off my truck because no one ever returned my calls about timing or transportation. Only then did they finally call asking if I was coming in. I explained everything and said no. And for the third time, they said someone would call me back. You can guess how that went: NO CALL. I even tried reaching the GM, Craig. That's a joke too. All numbers dump into their IVR system. I messaged the dealership directly and asked to have him call me. Instead, a sales guy called me about "my purchase of a new vehicle." Completely unacceptable and not even remotely what I asked for. If Cleveland Ford can't even manage a simple service appointment or return a phone call, why on earth would I trust them to work on my vehicle? I'll be taking my truck to Chattanooga where competence still exists. Absolute FAIL.

On June 22, 2013 I left the car with Pullen's and was EXTREMELY pleased when I picked the car up. It was as clean as when it was brand new! So, please don't be fooled by the other detail shops (that will clean your car in the parking lot for convenience) but use the best, Pullen's Detail Shop. They give you a warranty but it's not worth anything for anything over $1000, which won't over much. If you are stuck with an engine or transmission repairs you are on your own. I was told the warranty would cover an engine and transmission that was completely broken in full. But it will only cover up to $1000. So he very very careful what you buy from this place! Don't get stuck with a jacked up vehicle.
