I was told the warranty would cover an engine and transmission that was completely broken in full. But it will only cover up to $1000. So he very very careful what you buy from this place! After hundreds of dollars in trying…read moreto have it fixed by other mechanics other than "buy here pay here", s mechanics who also didn't fix it, we found out through the only good mechanic who didn't rip us off( Mastermind in Benton TN) that it had a junk yard engine in it that caused all the horrible problems. The van looked mint condition but smelled like pee and jumped n stalled and did all kinds of weird things and was so so hot that you could barely stand next to it. We were overcharge 4 times the amount that it was worth. It caught on fire several times and finally it burned to the ground at the side of the road after we had almost paid it off. Then the insurance company tried to say it was a piece of 200.00 junk n tried to make out like it was a rust bucket and wouldn't cover what was owed. Glad I had recent pictures of it. We barely owed anything left on it and Buy Here Pay Here ruined our credit and said we didn't pay several payments ...cuz we stopped payment after it was burnt and the insurance was supposed to pay and it was like pulling teeth to get our attorneys at legal shield to help us get the insurance to pay and stop "buy here pay here" to ruin our credit. They ruined it and nobody helped us. TN attorneys are terrible. Anyways we had taken it to their shop several times when we first bought it but we never got proof that we had to take it into them. Make sure you get proof when you have problems that you took it to whatever establishment you took it to. So not only had we had paid over 13 thousand dollars on the van and only had a few thousand before it was paid off, we kept fixing sensors and so many things in it that several mechanics told us that it was. One mechanic even told us we needed a new flywheel! One said it was the radiator and another said it was the muffler and one said it was the catalytic converter and others said all different sensors that we changed. They all charge for diagnosis n readings. It wasn't any of that. And some mechanic on Inman Street took off our catalytic converters without permission and made it sound terrible. We believe he was stealing something out of it for the money. BEWARE of him too, I wish I could remember the name. That van was beautiful and comfy but it ran so awful. We got ripped off and taken for fools several times because of what Buy Here Pay Here did. This was a terrible dirt thing to do. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHYSTERS! BEWARE ! BEWARE! There's other used dealers in the area that don't do this to people. Now that my husband had to retire at 65 because of an accident at work that they won't take responsibility for, that was absolutely their fault, we are not only broke on a fixed income, but now we have bad credit because of these people!
