I paid extra for cracks to be filled and they were filled with a high grade filler which protects the cracks from getting much worse (the cracks are what me and my wife were concerned about). He's a young man that is serious about his business and makes sure you are satisfied before leaving. I recommended him to my father in law and my father in law was also very satisfied. They showed up at 11 a.m. and had to…read morework beyond 5 p.m. even though they knew more than a month in advance that it was a condo with a no noise policy after 5p.m. They were unprofessional, ill prepared, and in the end they left all appliances disconnected and made a huge mess. I tried calling a plumber in to reinstall the sink but he said that I needed to call the cabinetry crew back in to put a hole in the new cabinetry for a new sink.. and the plumber was unable to reconnect the dishwasher because the outlet wasn't accessible. So finally after a huge ordeal and $650 dollars later, there is a new sink and faucet installed and the dishwasher is back in.. however the microwave/fan unit is still disconnected and I need to get in a third contractor to reconnect it but no guarantees at this point. Do yourself a big favour, pay 3K more for a professional crew and save yourself the headache and all of this b.s. I don't understand how such people are still in business.

I had a deeply troubling and bad experience with landlord, Trish Mutch (Mutch Property Group)…read more She's rude, a bully and doesn't respect the RTA and is very difficult to deal with. Throughout my tenancy, I encountered numerous violations of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA), which not only caused me significant stress but also compromised my rights as a tenant. Buyer beware and read my experience below. 1. Harassment and Excessive Communication From the outset, Trish exhibited unprofessional behavior by calling me over 10 times in a single day. This harassment escalated to the point where I felt constantly pressured and anxious. According to Section 22 of the RTA, landlords are prohibited from harassing tenants or interfering with their right to peaceful enjoyment of their rental unit. 2. Unauthorized Entries Trish repeatedly entered my unit without notice or consent, which is a serious violation of Section 27 of the RTA. Notable instances include: - January 25, 2024: At 9:01 PM, she entered my unit without permission or any emergency justification. I have video evidence of this unauthorized entry. - August 23, 2024: Trish arrived unannounced with another person, knocked on my front door, and then illegally entered through the back door. She opened windows and yelled at me, refusing to leave until I physically closed the door on her. This incident was so severe that I had to involve the police (Report: 24-1847785). - September 17, 2024: Despite my email stating I was unavailable for a maintenance check that day, she entered my home without permission while I was away. Video evidence confirms her unauthorized entry. 3. False Accusations Regarding Appliances Trish accused me of damaging the laundry machines without any proof. Her threats regarding legal action and refusal to fix appliances were not only baseless but also unfair, as landlords are responsible for maintaining appliances in good working order under Section 20 of the RTA. 4. Illegal Rent Increase I was pressured into agreeing to an unauthorized rent increase from $2800 to $2840, which violates Section 116 of the RTA that states rent can only be increased once every twelve months and by no more than a specified guideline amount unless agreed upon by both parties. She wanted to do this to offset the cost of Wash and Dryer machines in her liking. She's super crooked and not trustworthy. 5. Changes to Tenancy Terms Without Consent Trish sent me updated contracts with terms different from our original agreement without my consent. Under Section 38 of the RTA, any changes to tenancy terms require written agreement from the tenant or an order from the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB). 6. Intimidation and Breach of Privacy On multiple occasions, Trish entered through the back door and yelled at me aggressively. This behavior constitutes intimidation and harassment under both Sections 22 and 27 of the RTA, which protect tenants from such actions. These actions represent a blatant disregard for tenant rights and have created a hostile living environment. I strongly advise potential renters or property buyers to exercise caution when dealing with this landlord and the companies she's involved with. If you find yourself in a similar situation, document everything and consider seeking legal advice to protect your rights as a tenant. Like I said, buyer beware!!! Stay far away from Trish Mutch and Keller Williams Portfolio Realty, Brokerage. Some of the most trash people and company in Canada.

Whether or not the jobs have been big or small the same attention to detail and quality installation were achieved. One of our leaded glass insets was recently installed but slightly off centre. I noticed it, called Harold and he's already been to remove it and have it corrected. Well worth the cost. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you want a quality product that you will make you smile every time it opens.

We ended up paying significantly high as out contractor already paid for the tiles. Refrain from going to this store and good luck dealing with this Haseeb guy.
