He was a no show,…read morebut I gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait, watching my phone like an imbecile for an additional 45 mins. I decided to contact his Wife via email. She advised me that he was stuck on site and that he would be contacting me. A short time later, I advised her that I had not received a call from him and that I had things that I had to get done as well. Lone behold, 3 hours later I finally received a call from Rachid, but he didn't leave voicemail. His wife advised me that he had been trying to get a hold of me many times throughout the day, which was the biggest lie of the day as well. I had the call log (or lack there of), no voicemails, no emails and no texts from Rachid. If he had been trying so hard to get a hold of me, certainly he would have left a message? Anyway, I can deal with late, but I can't deal with someone trying to pass the blame onto me when they have wasted my day for trying to put money in their pocket. Stay clear of these guys. I'm pretty sure their reviews are NOT authentic. His wife apologized and said goodbye. All that for being patient and putting up with someone's nonsense.

For starters, Many was amazing at correspondence and messaged me even if his crew was going to be a few minutes late/early. His crew came in and did an impeccable job, the detailing of their work was so concise. There were minor finishes that needed to be done and we had Many's team complete that after the visitors had left. Once his team came back, not only that they completed the job as promised but they also touched up areas that were not even his responsibility. I would recommend Many and his team over and over again. Price was also very fair. Thanks Many, Lina "Oakville"
