You guys absolutely are the best installers ever!!!! Readers: please know that I highly recommend this very talented group of professional workers! The manager Ken kept us in the loop every step of the way and the scheduling done by Adam was perfect. When the day of install finally arrived and knowing there were 6 large rooms to be installed we were apprehensive that it might be too much to accomplish in one day after all we were along way from Burlington. However everything was so efficiently planned and expedited that we couldn't thank the three installers, Nail, Yusuf,Kilic, enough for their efforts. From the time they arrived they worked stopping for nothing. The cleanliness they left those rooms in was as good as I would have done myself. The furniture moving was professional and very much appreciated. All the old Berber and awful underpad disappeared into clear bags to be disposed of by them. At the end of only one day we sat back very happy with our purchase and choosing Alexanians to vacillate the change for us. Thanks

I purchased a high grade carpet from the store about 1 1/2 years ago. The product failed miserably…read more Carpet was cleaned by two professional cleaners and stains remained. The manufacturer got involved sending an independent rep to perform testing and cleaning of carpet. Rep stated stain would keep coming back. Manufacturer wanted to send a third carpet cleaner to try to remove the stains on the white carpet. The manufacturer's carpet cleaner failed to show for the appointment, cancelling 10 minutes before scheduled appointment. That is when things took a turn for the better. Natasha from Eden Tile It, who was actively involved during the process replaced the underpad and carpet as per my choice. Eden Tile It has renewed my faith in a company going to extended lengths ensuring customer satisfaction, putting the customer first. Natasha was amazing through out the entire process keeping me informed but most importantly backing a client when the manufacturer failed to warrenty the product. Eden Tile It of Fairview Street, Burlington, ON has earned my repeat business. Thank you Natasha!

So disappointed. We have been purchasing tile at Eden Tile-It for nearly two decades and have…read morealways been happy with both the products and the service. Unfortunately, this was not our experience this time around. We ordered 14 boxes of tile based on the display board in Eden Tile-Its' showroom (see photo). When we opened the boxes nearly 70% of the tile had no pattern on it whatsoever and those that did had very little veining (see picture of one of the boxes). There would be no way that the look represented on the display board could be recreated with the product we received. When I contacted Eden Tile-It. The manager, Brian, insisted that this was normal variation of product. It is not. It is deception. I understand that some tiles are going to have more veining than others and that some tiles, based on the display board, might even be completely white. However, 20-30% (as opposed to the 70% we received) of the tiles on this display board are plain white and the ones that are patterned have much more veining than any of the tiles we received. This is very misleading, and given that customers are paying up front to order a product based on these display boards, dishonest. Customers should be able to trust that they will be able to recreate the look on these boards. I felt sure that Eden Tile-It would make this situation right, but they did not. Saying only, "That's just the way it is." The tile was returned but at a 15% restocking fee and the manager seemed ill equipped to handle a situation where a customer was not receiving what they paid for. Brian made no attempt to fix the situation, blaming the supplier and insisting the product we received was acceptable. It was not. I have recommended Eden-Tile-It to many friends, family, and even contractors over the years and have even taken friends into the showroom to help them choose tiles for their renovations. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending them again, nor will I be purchasing anything from them in the future. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other suppliers that will treat their customers better

We went to Factory Tile Depot to look at tiles for a bathroom reno. I found the layout of the store…read morea little difficult to browse as the sheets are quite heavy. They have a huge amount of stock and the staff are very friendly and willing to help. I think they had some really great tiles but they can be quite hidden. The pricing was difficult to locate and didn't appear to be per square foot like other stores. That can make it difficult to compare pricing. Otherwise I look forward to working with the staff on our future projects.

Bought tiles for bathroom reno in November. Tracy was helping me. I was debating using large tiles…read morefor the shower floors vs the typical small tiles. My contractor said that he would be ok doing that only if I also ordered the Schluter Kerdi shower base system. When I asked Tracy how much more (besides the tiles) this would cost me, she only quoted me 2 of the 3 pieces required. The base (talked to my contractor to ask what size was needed) and the linear drain Cover but made no mention of the actual drain also required. Cost: $656+ tax. So, I decided to go for it. Couple of weeks ago my contractor went to pick up the piece to start the job...no drain. Had to rush order it and the Cost: $417. When I talked to Tracy today she told me the contractor would not know what exact drain to order until he broke up the floor and it was up to me and him to ensure we ordered what we needed etc. When I mentioned that she never once mentioned this to me, she said that it was back in November and she could not recall the conversations regarding this order. When I explained that had I known that the Whole shower base system was going to run me nearly 1200$ I Would have used the smaller tiles. She was unsympathetic and Refused to acknowledge that it was her quoting error and refused to cover the additional cost or even charge me for her cost of the product ie waiving profit. Not impressed at all. When I make an error, I don't make others pay for it.
