Be warned that the business has taken a decided downturn. 1. The owner does not complete the re-upholstery work this is contracted to others 2. As such she cannot communicate the requirements to the worker nor the workers questions to the client 3. The timelines are very long over 8 weeks in total to have my couch and three chairs returned in satisfactory condition 4. Upon receiving a complaint in regards to the poor workmanship the owner blamed the client stating "she was asking too much " and "did she know the state her couch was in" 5. The workmanship was only satisfactory after 2 attemps to get it correctly done. 6. The owner was unable to control her temper and attempted to berate the client for her business failing and that the corrections were disrupting her vacation. All in all if you wish to have one chair reupholstered go ahead with them but by no means trust anything more to Jenso as they are unable to handle it. My recommendation is to move on to another reupholstering company.

I ordered it, paid for it, and my wife made the long trek out to Mississauga from downtown Toronto to pick up my order. The staff had it all ready for her and even helped her put it in the car BUT they forgot to give her the glue. Once she arrived home I immediately realized the error and called them at which point I went from a very happy customer to a very unhappy customer. The staff and the manager were combative, unhelpful and completely unwilling to accept responsibility for their oversight. Furthermore, they flat-out refused to assume the cost of shipping the glue to me or even offer a product discount. Luckily, I found a comparable and less expensive product at my local hardware store. Very disappointed. Will not recommend.
