That statement was false. It did not work. Second Lie: Colby told me, "You can simply return the equipment to the company store." Third Lie: When I went to the company store, the manager told me, "You cannot return it here. You have to take it back to the franchise store." Fourth Lie: I returned to the franchise store, where Colby again insisted, "You can simply return the equipment to the company store." Final Runaround: A sales clerk at the company store then told me the equipment had to be returned to a UPS Store. It is astonishing that no one seems to know the actual return procedures. The misinformation, the back-and-forth, and the wasted time are unacceptable. For the record, T-Mobile's system works perfectly at this same location.

Either these people are inexperienced with phone repairs or just like to scam senior citizens who show up trying to get their phone repaired. My advice to anyone reading this is to just avoid this place like the plague unless you are wanting to be ripped off. Just Google for better options in the area and if it's phone repair, don't waste your time going here over some where else such as mentioned above.

Two days ago I walked into this Best Buy location to purchase a couple sturdy phone cases for my new phones. I walked right up to a young man in the phone accessories section and asked his opinion on one of the three cases I was considering. All three of them had different price points. There were two specifically that were almost exactly the same model, the only difference is that one is apparently able to charge with some brand new Apple charger that's out. I told him that I did not have that charger, nor was I looking to get it anytime in the near future. "I just need something that will keep these new expensive investment safe." On a sidenote, I already knew EXACTLY which case I was going to get! This young man, who doesn't get commission by the way, listen to EVERYTHING I said and suggested the exact one! DANIEL: "well, if you don't plan on getting that charger anytime soon there's no reason to spend an extra $40 on each is there?" I like this kid so much I bought two bad ass screen protectors for these phones too. There's nothing better than a sales professional that adds value and thinks about the client before themselves. I don't think this kid has any idea how badass he actually is. Well done Daniel... You are the man! Don't be surprised if I come back in and recruit you in the not so distant future! Wasting my time and getting my hopes up means nothing to this company that I have patronized for over 20 years.
