Yep, they have it. Yep, it's the best price in town. The store is well organized and has everything from vacuum tubes to SMD components.

Been in many surplus shops around the USA and this one is as good as it gets. I said hello to the staff and they returned it with a smile.

I was in the Fairborn Ohio store 1 PM May 4, 2022. This store deserves 0 stars. The attitude/ tone…read moreset by management is a horrible experience. I put my hand on the door to leave & an item caught my eye. With other customers in the store, Samantha yells from the other end of the store "ma'am if you want to go out the door, you need to press the lever to leave." I inform her that I know how to operate doors but was looking at one of their items obviously. I took my hand off the door b/c she was so concerned that I couldn't operate it lol, & decided look up the item. My phone is clearly facing the tile because it's flat in my hand & I'm typing on the other. I wasn't taking pictures. Samantha yells at the top of her lungs from across the store "ma'am you're not allowed to take photos of our items." I tell her, "I clearly have my phone facing your tile. I'm looking your item up and I'm not taking photos. You can see this b/c you're staring at my phone." She proceeds to give me some BS about taking photos even though I'd told her that I wasn't. She then starts talking to a male employee about people trying to take photos in her store. I'm not a child nor deaf!! I said to myself ... 1. Their store on google for Fairborn has photos taken by customers. 2. That's what people do to look up products in ANY store. 3. I'd already told her I wasn't taking photos & she could clearly see that I was, yet she STILL insisted on droning on afterwards to me, then an employee & I could hear it! 4. I imagine Gulag wardens are more polite. 5. I'll NEVER shop at the Fairborn location again. I called several stores that are run by the same group. NONE of them have that policy. Samantha has major control issues. I hope the company runs revenue reports b/c that store is running off customers I also think like many people say, some people have simply lost their heads and their wits in the last couple of years. I'll stick to the Moraine stores where they're helpful and truly WANT your business.

The guy that works there said if I put it in layaway he would give me 30 day piece of mind and they are saying I only got a 5 day. Horrible horrible customer service I don't recommend anyone buy anything from there mostly everything I buy there is junk. If I could give a 0 review I most definitely would

I called Buckeye Electronics and spoke to Bret regarding a Samsung TV that was not powering on…read moreanymore. Bret's shop had a backlog of work due to COVID and he told me he wasn't able to get parts for months but now he can order parts. He took the time to troubleshoot the TV over the phone and diagnosed the problem to be a bad power supply. He gave me a reasonable "ball park" idea of the repair cost over the phone which I thought was reasonable compared to what others were quoting. I also found out Bret was an Air Force veteran like me and am glad he's using his military training to make a living on the civilian economy. There are not enough guys like Bret around anymore. Thank you Bret for your military service and the help you gave me.

Well it is now August 6, 2019 and have to this day not heard a word from them. When I made contact in the shop back in January of this year I was told he couldn't get parts for it. said he was going to clean out his storeroom in the spring and may be able to find one off another TV. I have not heard a word from this person. This is a Samsun TV, how hard is it to find parts for ?. Bottom line is....He can keep the TV and the 100 dollars I paid him if he is that hard up. You my friend are nothing but a swindler, liar and a person who shouldn't be in business. Anyone thinking about this place for repair work, better think again. DO NOT loose your money. Throw the TV away and use the 100 dollars toward a new one.

California Customs was recommended to me by the head of sales at White-Allen Porsche. Through the…read moreyears I've taken a Porsche and two Lexuses there for audio upgrades, remote starters, and dashcams. They've always done a good clean job at a reasonable price. Until the last time when I took a newer Lexus in to have a dashcam installed. I think I got a new installer because he made a hash of the installation - broke the mounting bracket for the front camera, and completely broke the rear wiper system while trying to feed the camera wires through the interior of the car. California Customs pointed out the problems right away, told me to have the car fixed at Lexus, and they would cover the repairs. So, that's what I did - it took 4 days of labor by Lexus plus a completely new rear wiring harness to fix the damage. This was not an inexpensive repair job. I'm here to report that California Customs ended up covering the parts and labor in full to get the car fixed. It took a little while because their insurance company was trying to deny their claim, but in the end the owners told me that if the insurance company didn't pay, they would pay for the damage themselves then pursue the insurance company separately. Companies standing behind their work seems so rare these days. I'll be going back to California Customs for my next installation because they had the integrity to make things right when there was a problem. If they had not followed through, I would have been here warning others about my experience. Since I had a very positive experience, it seems only right to let everyone know about that too.
