Not always the greatest people you encounter but it attracts all types of people. Meaning Ghetto and Civilized people. Parking is horrible here on the weekends. Since it is catered mostly to the tourist that is visiting the aquarium of the pacific Weekdays are solid, you will find parking with no problem. Overall, I come here once in awhile pending on the event. Great place to watch a move or chill by the coast. Many restaurants nearby is a plus!

Not sure what the purpose of the outlet name is for as I think the only outlet was Gap. I could be wrong with the other stores. With any retail area, things come and go so having a storefront survive is amazing. It's a nice outdoor shopping experience with dining options to add to it. There's a few sit down dining places but nothing overly fancy. You have more of the bigger chain restaurants right across the street along the water and Shoreline Village. There's a movie theatre, a comedy center and a couple of decent amount of shops. Nothing over the top but your local shops like HM, Nike, Guess, Gap Outlet and a few others. It is a nice place to walk around and just see Long Beach. You're literally close to the convention center which is right across the street. Aquarium and the park is also across the street which a bridge is also use to cross over. The Marina Park, Shoreline Village are all a couple minutes walk from the pike. It's a cute little outdoor shopping area but nothing major. There's plenty of parking in the structure with some street parking along the strip.

The DJ is playing a great mix of music. The!people are there having fun and dancing. You can bring your own chairs and snacks or use their tables and chairs and buy food. The DJ will be there every Sunday till Labor Day. You are only paying for parking so it's a great outing and totally worth the price to park. The DJ was gracious enough to answer our questions about the schedule and told us they have live music on Saturdays from 1-5 pm and 6-10pm We had such a good time!

On July 3, while riding through the property, an employee who was power washing the common areas sprayed me, my bicycle, and several other cyclists because, apparently, we were in his way. The behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I immediately reported the incident to management. More than 10 days have passed, and I have yet to receive a response. That level of customer service is just as disappointing as the incident itself. This issue isn't going away. I'm going to continue pursuing it because I don't want anyone else to experience what happened to us. Beyond that, I believe much of the property appears neglected, with only a few businesses--such as Yard House, Tequila Jack's, and Parker's Lighthouse--continuing to draw significant traffic. I encourage visitors to look around carefully and form their own opinions before choosing where to spend their time and money. I hope Shoreline Village's ownership and management take this seriously, improve the condition of the property, and ensure their employees treat visitors with professionalism and respect. Since management has chosen not to respond, they should expect to hear from me shortly through the appropriate channels regarding both this incident and the way it has been handled.

This shopping center is located at the intersection of Bellflower Boulevard and Stearns Street. I don't frequent this area much if at all throughout the year. This was my second time in this area. Anchored by major retailers such as Target, TJ, and T.J. Maxx, with various dining options including McDonald's and Panera Bread. Essential services like CVS Pharmacy, Mobil Gas Station, multiple bank branches (Bank of America, Chase, Southland Credit Union), and U.S. Post Office make this a well rounded center.
