The second time was recently to get a set of nails I had done somewhere else removed. I figured they couldn't mess this up, so I tried them again. They broke my skin with the drill bit, filed my nails too short and didn't even completely remove the previous fake nail. My nails look and feel awful. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I used to go to a place where English was not any of the staff's first language. Although I was satisfied with their work, they didn't have what I was looking for at the time (chrome nails).
