The second time was recently to get a set of nails I had done somewhere else removed. I figured they couldn't mess this up, so I tried them again. It broke my heart to see that the rating for this business was only 1 star due to a single review. So, in the heat of the moment I decided to create a Yelp account to change this. In my several years of frequenting this business, I have never encountered any issues with the employees, all of the staff are very friendly and the owner is incredible. Everyone there works very hard and in my experience they all do amazing manicures and especially incredible pedicures. It is without a shadow of a doubt in my mind that I would 100% recommend coming to Windsor Nails & Spa to anyone, whether friends, family or colleagues.

I have been fortunate to travel the world and visit several high-end salons, and the Nail Box matches those and more. When you schedule an appointment, you have a private appointment with Tonya or one of the staff. I am very conservative regarding polish color. Not only has Laura educated me on my nail journey with her, but she has made me happier with my nails than I have ever been. I used to go to a place where English was not any of the staff's first language. Although I was satisfied with their work, they didn't have what I was looking for at the time (chrome nails). I found Laura and after my first appointment I have been seeing her religiously every few weeks. She always has the newest trends. Almost everyday I get compliments on my nails from strangers. Not to mention the girls I work with are always in awe over my nails, especially with chrome. Everything Laura does is super clean. She ensures everything is properly sanitized and does not reuse anything that shouldn't be reused. Laura has opened my eyes to see what my old nail salon was doing wrong (a lot of gross things too). She is also a perfectionist, so if there's something she doesn't like, she will make sure to fix it. Laura has passion for what she does, and that's a huge part of why her work is so great. Thank you Laura for being the best nail tech ever! I 100% recommend Boss Nails for anyone looking to have gorgeous nails.
