I called and ISAIAH was available and I begin to share I am a graduate student who needed two books printed for my learning skills. He verbalized understanding and literally walked me through the steps until the end to ensure I was comprehending the information correctly. Then I went to pick up the items and noticed the wires was not tucked correctly on one book. The customer service rep at the counter assisted me and I was very pleased. The book came out very good and I had a coupon to use and it gave me a great discount. In spite of mixed reviews, I can say my books were printed well and it was organized and in sync.

I called there sale reps Amanda and Shannon, and i explained to them about the situation that i would like to return it back for smaller desk. The cost of the furniture was $700. I was not explained to about restocking fees or anything else. I went there back, i was charged 20% restocking fee, which is $140, I was charged addictional $190 for taking thr furniture upstairs without been be told prior. I had paid $125 for delivery fee. I told the guy wasn't informed about the charges , he told me it was fair for me to be charged. Please be careful of buying furniture from here.
