The totally worst experience ever. The bowling lanes were slow and kept messing up. Staff alerted and no assistance. Looked at you with a deer in the headlights stare. Numerous people standing on the lanes and sitting area. Couldn't watch the bowler with your group for these people. No bowling etiquette. People take your bowl don't wait for the bowler that is bowling. Tried to play pool and has to have set of keys to get a cue ball. Very terrible bathroom facilities. Waited at the bar for like 20 minutes to order some food and nobody helped us. Then we were told we couldn't have our kids with us there. We mainly just played the arcade but their games were limited. We found ourselves walking in circles. This place was fantastic! We did a group activity for work and they had everything we needed, but the best part was the customer service! They were on top of everything and super friendly, the bartender Rasha or something close to that, and then all the staff for the bowling alley , Lazarian, jada, morel, and Kaden for helping us with our lanes and shoes and just making sure we had everything we all needed. This place was much less crowded and cleaner than it's sister in foley. They have a full arcade, laser tag, ropes course. Restaurant and bar in addition to the bowling lanes so it's a full fledged family entertainment center. Tip: Go with the price per game if you have kids with you rather than the timed games. You can barely get through one game if you have 2-3 kids. read more

I love to bowl so I had to hit up a bowling alley while on vacation. This one was right across the street from the hotel and it was very nice. My first impression was a good one because they had a sign posted at the entrance which read "Please pull up your pants, no one wants to see you underwear. Strictly Enforced" They won me as a new friend with that sign alone. The bowling alley itself was nice, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. We bowled 2 games and had a ball, no pun intended. If you're in the area and you like to bowl, give them a try. read more

My friends and I came to bowl tonight and we did not have a good experience. When we first walked in we stood and waited for 20-30 min waiting on someone to help us (mind the fact there was no one else in the lobby and there were also 3 employees at the counter). When we finally got someone to come and book our lane. He just stood there and never said a word and rolled his eyes multiple times. We had to ask him if we could get a lane to bowl, after we had asked he still stood there and rudely said yeah and nothing more. We finally got our lane and then after that 2 more employees were just as rude as the first guy. I have never been treated that way, and felt very disrespected. read more

Very, very expensive! We didn't get to bowl because there was a 4 hour wait to get a lane. We didn't get to do laser tag for the same reason. The arcade was waaay too expensive. My kids each went through $50 in the arcade in about 20 minutes. The price per game is ridiculous. There wasn't many games to play as it is and several of them didn't even work. I am giving them a poor review because we looked on the website to make sure they were open and that all the things my kids wanted to do would be available. We showed up to find out that the whole place was booked for a private party and we could not go in until 9 pm. Kids were so disappointed and we were aggravated that the website wasn't up to date to include the entire bowling alley being closed on a Thursday evening in the summer. We have enjoyed our experience here in the past but I hope this allows management to review their website and how they are communicating hours to the community. read more

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon for an hour of bowling with my boyfriend. Wasn't crowded, only 4-5 lanes in use. After the first few balls our lane froze and they yelled to us from the register to just move over a lane. Ok fine. The new lane continued to freeze/have to be reset a total of 5 times. This new bowling alley is clean and spacious, the lanes are well kept and the employees are very friendly. My kids love the arcade and on occassion I like the bar area of Dusty's Bar and Grill for a pitcher with some friends. I've been a fan of this family since they opened the new Foley, Alabama location and they've carried over the same quality to this new location. In fact it's about time I visit the pro shop for a newer custom drilled ball. :) - Seriously, go check this place out, it is alot of fun. read more

Anybody looking for a good time playing Lazer tag or bowling, please do not choose Easter shore Lanes. They make you put money on a card to play their games and promise you a refund if you do not spend it. That is a lie. They said all games were accessible in fifteen minutes. Hour wait for Lazer tag. We lost forty dollars tonight. They wouldn't accept their own card for bowling and made us pay cash for the bowling. Be warned, this is bad business. If you need a place for the family to go this is a nice place. Lots of games and fun. It would have gotten more stars but the price of a bowling game was a bit expensive. They have many other things for you kids and yourself to do. At night they turn off the light and have cosmic bowling that was great. They also have a great grill and my daughter got some of the pizza. All in all this is a fun place so if you are in the area please check them out. read more

The place is well located, but the arcade is embarrassingly poorly maintained. Nearly 1/3 of the machines are broken and many have been broken for months--but still are plugged in and CHARGE before you realize they don't work. Not possible that management doesn't know. read more

Not a good experience. Bartender was nice but gave me no warning of a last call and just ran my card without saying she was going to run it even after she told me to let her know if I wanted to close it with cash instead of my card. Was given no warning/time of closing but then a worker was being extremely rude and hostile about wanting us to leave and basically told us to "hurry up and get out" and we were "taking advantage" but never once told us what time they were closing or gave us a last call. First. Very expensive. A long wait in line to deal with a rude staff member after 5 other staff members just stare at you, only to find out you can't bowl where there is TV and automatic scoring, is a major disappointment. My child's favorite arcade games was broken. Some of the laser tag vests didn't work either and had to be traded out. I don't understand how this place has been mismanaged to deteriorate to the point where about a third of their lanes had no TV and no automatic scoring. Food is expensive and poor too. read more
