Great service, good price!! Really happy they are open late on weeknights.. I got a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed.

I had been suffering from a shoulder/back injury for about 6months now. I always told myself to get a massage but was worried I'd do more harm than good. I was surprised how inexpensive the prices were (compared to the $100+ prices I was seeing at other places online). I got the 1hour full body massage and i was far more than impressed. I thought I only had a knot in my shoulder/back area but during the massage the masseuse found several more all over my back (albeit much smaller). It's a little painful at times (when they're really working out the knots) but if there was ever a "good pain", this is it my friend! As for the setting/atmosphere, it is very simple and not very fancy (not that it matters, my eyes were closed almost the entire time). The music and low light really help you relax and unwind. Amazing massage will be back, I went in and could not even stand up or hold my neck up straight when I arrived. The most immense pressure it was wonderful! My only complaint is that the person at the front desk spoke no English and you had to chose from a menu. With that said I would have paid $100 for the $26 treatment I received. I would definitely start drinking water the day before you go and know you will probably be sore the next day. Well worth the price! read more

Unbelievably bad. They use arms to push tour skin towards your spine, and push your spine if you don't tell them not to. They push the 1 hour and then, when you only tip 15% they practically slam the cash register and then stomp away without saying thank you. I heard a lot of people asking for Peter, but the woman I had, who also had an untrained trophy dog to contend with, really needs to learn technique and manners. Lesson learned. read more

Love this place! We opted for the one hour $29 foot and body massage....it was heavenly. No appointments required. Just walk in anytime between 10 am to 10 pm and walk out all relaxed. The staff was very friendly. Overall, I had a very good experience. read more

I stopped in this weekend and they were able to take me in immediately. Staff was friendly. The reason for only 2 stars is that the place smelled stuffy and funky. Also, the had a shop dog which was yappy and would settle itself on the massage beds when no customer was the. I love dogs but this little guy was not appropriately groomed or trained to be a shop dog. read more

There is a noticeable difference between going to a trained professional massage vs going here. You may save some money, but you get what you pay for. With some of the packaged prices you may as well go to professional masseuse. Personally, it Was not for me. When I first arrived they try to talk me into the $50 package and I said no I want to $32. The woman said we should do the $50 package and try to push that on us more. We said no and she looked annoyed and said something in her language to the man. By the tone I can only assume it was negative. The massage itself was very weird for me. Imagine someone abrasively using their forearm and rubbing it a crossed really fast on your back. The foot massage was weird as I could feel her finger nails digging into the tips of my toes ( like the other reviews here). Then when I went to pay they asked for more tip. Mine was not big enough for them. Last I checked, a tip was when you liked the service and isn't a requirement. That's my tip! read more

I've been to a lot of foot spas in California, but this is a first for Washington. This comment is mainly for the female staff member at the desk who gave us a nasty look when we declined her sales pitch to take the $45 option B massage over our original choice ($29 option C). That was probably my first indication that this was not going to be enjoyable, but we went in anyway. She ended up being my masseuse, and occasionally got up to take phone calls and talk to customers. 4 times to be exact. She had a rough hand and would chuckle every time I asked for her to go softer. On top of that, she didn't know that I understood Chinese, and I was well aware of all her judgy remarks about other customers, including myself, my dry/bumpy skin, and my scoliosis. I was just a few seconds away from giving her a piece of my mind or at least kindly asking her to stop talking, but I kept quiet to see if she'd say anything else. Had massage today at this spa; I'm actually still in my car kind of confused and dumbfounded. I would have given them 5 stars...but when I asked for a B)$29 massage (body and foot massage for 1 hour) it was wonderful....the woman was strong and attentive to what I needed. But when I paid....I gave them $40 and they refused to give me my change. Even when I asked for it back....I even tried to compromise and ask if I could have $5 back? Why am I having to barter over money that's mine? I would have been happy to tip.... I actually told her I could tip next time because I really needed that cash back....I'm a fulltime student without insurance and I've been saving just so I can get a massage (inflammation from liver and diabetic neuropathy. I was going to use my remaining cash to eat...I feel robbed. I told them I would come back weekly when she finished my massage...and I was planning on tipping them next week when I'm a little more financially stable. But I'm not coming back here....they stole my money essentially. She definitely deserved a tip....but that's complete BS that they decide how much you tip them....and refuse to give you your change. I'm kind of conflicted on my review. It is an unassuming place much like foot spas everywhere with good prices on foot and back massages. They had a menu on the front counter and because money is tight I chose the $29 dollar back and foot (20min/30min). With my new job, I am on my feet a lot and I have been feeling the pain in my calves and lower back, so this was really needed. The service was great although I was a little confused when she asked me to remove my shirt when she put me on the massage table in a closed room. I've been to many places like this but was never asked to remove my clothes. Once I was ensconced on the table under a towel and she started to massage my back, my worries faded away. The pressure was great, no complaints there as I like a lot of pressure. After she was done, I was moved to a bench bed out front for the foot portion. It was not as nice as the back but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I never want to sleep during a massage because I don't want to miss it, but by the end I was having a hard time keeping sleep at bay. The gentleman over from me had no such problems and his snores were a constant companion. The reason I'm conflicted is because when I went to pay she ran my card for the proper amount but then said that she had undercharged me. That I had asked for the $40 message and wanted to charge me more. I wasn't going to argue with her at the desk so I paid, and because she had done that it meant that I was unable to tip as much as I was planning to. I will probably try the place again but just make sure you clarify before you go in what you want and how much you expect to pay. That was the only problem because this place does a really nice job and it is clean and the staff pleasant and professional. read more

I had terrible foot pain and was recommended to go here be a co-worker. With my first visit , I was surprised to find that they offer full body message to go with a foot message. If you are like me and suffer from extreme pain on a random basis, and need someone to dig into your issue right away, this IS THE place to go. No appointments required. Ever time I have needed pain relief NOW, they have been there for me, and open late every night until at least 10pm. Use them, they are GREAT!!! read more

Took my mother-in-law here last night and it was fabulous! A lady started to do my massage and a gentleman was doing my 73 y/o mother-in-law's massage. He kept telling her relax, relax. We would snicker as she was saying I'm trying. Then I think he thought she was uncomfortable with a male person doing a massage so they switched. It turned out he was right and she was relaxed very quickly, she even started to fall asleep! Wonderful experience excellent foot massage with all the trimmings and excellent customer service! Based on the other review I knew a foot massage meant a bit more than just your feet - but I had no idea! I walked in and the lady pointed to a laminated list offering foot massage or whole body in increments. I pointed to the 60 minute foot massage for $29. Then I was lead to the back. There are 6 or 7 beds in a row about a foot apart and draped with towels. The lady motioned for me to sit down on one of the beds and then began taking my purse, shoes and coat and hanging them up somewhere where I couldn't view them (this made me nervous but I also haven't noticed anything missing!) - then the lady came back and motioned for me to lay down. okay. then a towel was draped over me and a few minutes later a cauldron of super hot water arrived and my feet were placed inside. It was borderline scalding but i toughed it out. Then no one was there for about 5 min. I closed my eyes. Then someone's hand were on my face spreading oil around and pressing my head into the pillow, stroking forcefully through my hair - I never saw the person really until later i discovered it was a man. the firm pressured facial massage continued to my ears, then turns and did my neck. Next came my arms - up to my arm pits with massage and pressure and attention paid to my hand too. Then with sudden jerky movement they popped each of my fingers - it was shocking to hear the sound and my fingers still hurt! they pull my arms above my head and seemed to stretch them out. then the next arm and hand. same thing. then the man disappeared again for about 5 min - oh and did i mention there is a towel over my face too? next they took my feet out of the water and rubbed them vigorously with a coarse towel. the foot and leg massage was pretty nice. other than they again popped my toes which felt violent and strange. the person neck to me kept calling out "ouch" and "that hurts" finally the woman from the front spoke to the man and he spoke back to her but it didn't seem to make any difference. the woman was clearly uncomfortable many times during the massage. once my feet, ankles and toes and heels were finished they began massaging my calves and knees and then thighs too! without warning and with my eyes covered. it caught me off guard. then i was asked in extremely broken English to "turn over'. I did and my face was place in a ring. then the pain started for me. the force of the shoulder massage was so intense it really hurt (still does as I am typing this) the man did not respond to pleas of softer or that hurts. my whole back was massaged and even my buttocks with the forearm. then the back of my thighs and so forth. definitely not what i was anticipating for a 'foot massage!' I was so shocked at what was happening the whole time being literally in the dark. i am not sure what is standard procedure at these types of places and wasn't exactly sure what to expect but I hope this helps other people. read more

I'm pretty disappointed! I've been here 2 times in the last couple years. Nothing really to complain about until NOW! Booked an apt for 3 people for 2/14/15, went to get the massages with my Mom & Sis & they didn't have us on their schedule & couldn't fit us in! They need a WAY better scheduling system, need to learn how to speak some English & they should've fit us in anyways since I made reservation a week in advance! NEVER going there again! I used to love this place but unfortunately I'll NEVER go back again after the terrible way I was treated today. I went today to redeem my supposedly free 30 minute massage (after filling up a stamped card with 10 or 12 1-hour massages over the last 6 months). The card specifically says "free 30 minute massage." I handed the card over when I arrived, was asked if I wanted an hour, to which I clearly replied "No, I don't have time today." The lady at the desk, who spoke poor English, pointed to a 30 minute massage on the menu for the neck back and shoulders, which was different from what I was used to at a FOOT SPA so I asked "no feet?" in my simplified English. She shook her head so I said "ok," since neck and shoulders massage was fine with me. When I got to the massage table, the therapist proceeded to do the usual foot massage (with a small amount of neck and back work like I was used to) so I figured she understood my request. When the massage ended, I noticed the session had been about 45 minutes long instead of 30, so I was confused. I realized I was going to be 15 minutes late to pick my kids up at school so I handed the therapist a $20 bill as a tip (I had planned to tip $10 but wanted to compensate for the extra time.) I was shocked when the lady who had greeted me (apparently an owner?) jumped in and starting freaking out and yelling loudly in Chinese because apparently I was given an hour treatment and needed to pay more. She couldn't say any of this but rather had to run out of the business and get another therapist (from the restaurant next door?) who could at least speak some English. He happened to be the therapist (Rae) who had given me most of the great massages I had received there. I explained I had to go, that I was already very late picking up my kids, to just charge me what the difference was, even though I'd only ordered 30 minutes, AND only received 50 minutes TOPS. I gave the therapist a tip, which he tried to refuse graciously, and left, stating I would NEVER return again. I have never experienced anything like this in my 30 years of receiving and 20 years of giving massages (I am an LMP myself.) This was completely unprofessional and obviously completely ruined any benefit I received from the treatment. I did express thanks to Rae for all the great massages. Intended to have the $29 foot massage, but were easily persuaded into Option C -- 30 minute foot massage + 30 minute whole body massage (with body oil) on sale for $40 each. We were taken into a private room for two and asked to disrobe from waist up and then lay on our stomachs. Respect for privacy was great. Door was close while we disrobed and good use of towels to cover the whole body. The massage was fantastic. After the first 30 minutes, we were given time to put our clothes back on and then went into the public area for the foot massage. The attendant who worked with my late adolescent daughter checked in with her frequently to see if everything was ok. We will go again. We called ahead to see if there was availability. The receptionist did not take our names, but held our spots even though we were a few minutes late and there were walk-ins. I recommend calling and reserving spots/times. read more
