She wanted to claim the free one, but unable to, because the gift card had no balance for the free one.** By the time we used one massage and wanted to check out, they said we haven't paid, then they need to contact the manager to clarify. I said "we" because it happened with 2 different customers with the same situation like me while I came there. Today, I had to leave before I got a massage, because the staff took so long to resolve another customer issue, same kind of issue. The staff, manager on the phone, and customers argued against each other. "This problem can be an easy fix. If customers buy the packet of 4 massages get 1 free, the staff just need to hand out 5 gift certificates. Problem solved!" Instead of taking 15-30 mnts just to clear out the misunderstanding. Hope they can fix this for a better customer experience. Otherwise, it will be 5 stars from me.
