We recently redid our walkway leading from the driveway to the front door. Originally, we thought…read morethe path was brick so our plan was to keep all the old brick and use it to build a pizza oven or something. As it turns out, the brick was only at the top level. Below that was poorly laid sand and cement, which left us with the pile of debris you see. It was too big of a job for us to do ourselves so I went out to Yelp for a quote. Jeremias was friendly and offered competitive prices for the job. They showed up at a reasonably early hour (8am) and worked diligently to clear away the debris. By the time they were done, I couldn't tell that there was ever a pile of crap to begin with. All in all, a fantastic job for a competitive price. I will be utilizing them for future jobs.

And, after I was expecting an "after the holidays...". John was able to have someone here THE SAME DAY to give a free estimate...and from my description he thought they would be able to do the job right then. So my inquiry call became a job completed! A dreaded chore was gone in just a few hours...without any effort or stress for me. When the warm weather returns...and the cleaning/clearing out mood bites...I will only call Couser. Everyone I had contact with was efficient, courteous and helpful. And their rates are good, too. Everything is explained up front and followed with a text/email, so no surprises. Rob and Tevin called first and arrived as expected. After I agreed to their estimate, they removed that junk. When my job was completed, they contacted the office, then Bishop called me to be sure I was satisfied with the work, and then I paid with credit card over that call. They send a text and email each step of the way, so you know what's happening and I received an emailed receipt right away after my payment.. He also offered me a deal saying he could do the job for half the estimate if I paid cash and he would cancel me with the office and that should stay between me and him. I turned it down because that's stealing trying to be a better person and something still came up missing from my home.

Some of it was waterlogged so it weighed more than it should've (which didn't even occur to me) so I offered to pay more than he'd quoted since he'd make less profit after going to the dump. He refused and stuck to his original quote. Also, I don't know how he managed to fit everything in the back of his truck, but he did, tied it down well and covered it with a tarp so nothing would fly out while driving. He was super clear about taking it to the dump, so I know this stuff won't end up on the side of the road somewhere or dumped in the woods, too many people do that so they don't have to pay the dump fees. He worked quickly and was done loading in about a half hour. At least half of that time was spent rearranging stuff in the back of his truck so it would all fit and could be tied down. I'm holding onto his number! I will definitely use him again! Totally professional, courteous, and hardworking, I have only good things to say! If you need junk removal/construction debris removal, give him a shot, I only wish I'd found him sooner!
