There was around 6 quarts of autozone grade oil in the bilge area. After asking to talk to the owner she refused to let me. I asked to hear the boat run, Mindy I think was her name then informed me that if she put it in the water it had to be sold. I immediately backed out of the sell at this point she became very rude and disrespectful towards me and girlfriend. I wouldn't send a Jon boat to this place to get a new spray paint job just because of her actions. Congrats on losing a sell due to your attitude!

When I…read morewent to pick up my boat because it did not sale they informed me the canopy had been ripped off during a storm and they were not responsible for fixing it and sorry. My boat is a $100,000 tri toon boat that was in mint condition when it was put in on their lot with the cover on it. Thry says they have responsibility to it and that our insurance should be the one to cover it. They also shredded the power of attorney papers and told us no one needs any extra paperwork floating around. Very shady dealership and I would not recommend them for nothing. i had to hit the one star for this to submit but there is no stars for this business that my boat got damaged on their property in their possession and feel they have no responsibility to.

Within just a few minutes he was able to tell me what was wrong with my Boat ( which was good news). Instead of trying to up charge me and pad the bill he gave me a fair and fairly low bill to fix my boat. He didn't string things out either. He said he could be back in 1 or 2 days with the parts needed. His hourly labor rate is a bit below the regional average. I will sing my praises of him to anyone needed a striaght up guy who does good work.
