Natick Rd. Same building as Concentra Urgent Care. No appointment necessary. The entrance is under the drive through portico facing Macy's (sort of). Nice to have the overhead protection to drop off someone on a rainy day. There is plenty of parking in front of the building. As soon as you enter, straight ahead a few steps lead down. If you need to use the elevator, it's to the right of the steps. The waiting area for the lab is at the bottom of the steps and to the left. Take a number by the check-in window and have a seat. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. When your number is called, hand your lab slip, ID and insurance card to the receptionist. Reception will log you in, be sure they have all your insurance info in the system and add the ordered tests which will print labels for phlebotomy staff. A phlebotomist will come to the door and call your first name when it's your turn. During my first visit a student phlebotomist did my blood draw under the supervision of the staff phlebotomist. She did a great job and I was in and out quickly. The room where they do the draws is brightly lit and very clean. Staff were all very friendly and the receptionist really helped me out with insurance. If this is a convenient location for you, it seems like a good choice. Now, let's see if my insurance carrier agrees.

Service was quick and I was in and out. The nurse was good at her job. My only complaint is that it's in the basement of a big building and there is no cell reception ( not their fault) but they have an online check in when you get there. that I was unable to use because of no service. It was clean and quick for routine medical tests.

It's all very convenient, and quick, and they seem to accept most insurance plans. I have never sat more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and 2 of the 3 phlebotomists I have seen there are exceptionally skilled at dealing with my tiny veins which are difficult for some to access. They don't even leave bruises.

The women working at this lab were so friendly and welcoming. There were a few people ahead of me, but they got through everyone as fast as they could. And they did it with a smile and some chit chat, which isn't always the case at labs. Parking was also super easy as they have a large lot that is shared with other medical offices. I'll be returning to this lab the next time I need some labs done!

I made an appointment for today at 8 a.m. because that was the first appt. of the day, figuring I would get right in. I arrived at 7:45 and found the door locked. Someone opened it 10 minutes later saying that they don't open until 8 a.m.! Rude! They set the appt. schedules not us. My biggest complaint is that they want you to arrive early, but I have never, repeat never, been seen on time. Usually they are 15 - 20 minutes late. It was that way today - and, for the first appt. of the day. They do not respect your time but they expect you to respect theirs. This experience is a continuation of every appointment I've had with them.

A few minutes later a friendly young male nurse named teddy called my name and walked us to the changing rooms he said one parent could be in the room with me the whole time so I picked my dad he changed into scrubs and into the room we went. The technologist and teddy the nurse were wonderful with me and I really appreciate it. Thank you both so much for taking great care of me.
