After occupancy we had two drains that leaked, I fixed those, a mixing valve that needed repairs because the beauty ring kept falling out, I fixed that and an outdoor faucet pipe sticking 4 inches past the brick I fixed that, there was supposed to be a lower faucet on the outdoor shower and shut offs they skipped those. Go ahead 4 years later I have a leaking faucet and just need the manufacturer name and model. They say they have no record of every doing the job but would be happy selling me new fixtures. Wtf. This is not the company Vera told us it was. Just a bunch of lies. They got paid, I guess that is where the customer service ends.

Honeybee charged just shy of $5k to install a new water heater that we provided in a different location than the existing water heater and add a recirculation pump. Work took 4 hours (including a trip to Home Depot for PEX connectors). Ended up being almost $1250 per hour for one guy. And we still had to call them back to finish the install correctly. Seems like they use the 'price per job' stance to exploit peoples unfamiliarity with how long it will take to do a job.

Find a higher quality plumbing company. They installed galvanized metal on my new hot water heater…read more3 years ago. The pipe corroded in 3 years and started to leak on the top on the unit. I called for them to replace it and they did in 15 min. The installer said that the metal should have been brass instead of galvanized because it easily rusts. After changing the pipe, he said it costs $190. It took him literally 15 min to change a mistake they made 3 years ago...for $190. Insane. I gave it 2 stars because the lady I called there was very nice. They declined the refund because it was out of their "labor warranty". Their excuse was galvanized passes code. So in the end, they will use the cheaper material to pass code, charge you an arm and a leg when it most certainly will break and not take any responsibility. They do it the cheap way, not the right way.

I called Emerald Coast Plumbing and Septic and thankfully they were able to come by to inform me of all this the very same day that I called! Not only that, they ordered all the parts, 3 super nice guys came out... and my entire system was new within an hour!! I wish I had gotten their names, but the electrical guy was so helpful to keep me from complete panic to assure me that the incoming wires are still ok and that my grounding wire on other side of house was fine.
