Back in May, I broke my dominant wrist, and it completely turned my world upside down. I was…read moreanxious, scared, and overwhelmed, not knowing how I'd manage my daily life. What could have been one of the hardest times of my life became a blessing thanks to the incredible team at this clinic. From the moment you walk through the door, it's completely evident not only how knowledgeable and skilled everyone is, but also how much they genuinely love what they do. It shows in their attitudes, in the way they give care, and in the way they can brighten your day--no matter how hard it started. I honestly can't remember another time I've been able to say that about anything. Cole Francis, Amanda Matteo, Lindsay, and Matthew are an extraordinary group of people. Not only did they get me back to normal in record time with their skill and dedication, but they also became friends--people whose smiles I looked forward to twice a week. Their professionalism is unmatched, and what really stood out to me is how seamlessly they work as a team. No matter who you are paired with, you get consistent, high-quality care, and it's obvious that they support each other as much as they support their patients. That kind of teamwork is rare and so valuable. They also go above and beyond in so many ways: * They treat every patient as an individual, not just an injury. * They create an environment that is positive, welcoming, and genuinely uplifting. * They make the clinic feel like a place you want to go, even when you're in pain. * They inspire confidence by explaining what they're doing and why, which helps ease the fear of recovery. When you're injured, you feel vulnerable and uncertain, and they met me with patience, kindness, and encouragement every step of the way. Thanks to them, I recovered faster than I thought possible and left not only stronger physically but also in spirit. I'm so thankful to be healed, but I will truly miss seeing them. They say every problem has a gift hidden in it--my wrist injury gave me the gift of these amazing people. For that, I will always be grateful.

When you think of the type of experience you would want your loved one to have while being in rehab (especially during coronavirus), this place delivers on every mark. My mom has thrived under their care, and the wonderful staff has given us all hope for her future. In addition to the great care she receives, the recreation department does an excellent job of scheduling video calls and in-person visits multiple times a week. They have gone above and beyond to support the patients and their families. Unfortunately, I can't say that was the case with the two other places my mom was at previously. I was extremely surprised to see the reviews for Affinity were not consistently stellar... I can't imagine a better place for my mom.
