First season of flag football at this YMCA. Playscape for player siblings is a major plus. Fields are good but they need to deal with the ant problem. Good organization for the program and good refereeing. Will definitely return for another season.

I love this place. Great kids programs, classes and a newly restored outdoor pool. Great locker rooms. Only drawback can be parking and no indoor pool...alas!

Discovered this location as it is closest to my family's home East. We are with Northwest. Love Chasco for its indoor pool. And this East Communities Branch location became my little family's favorite outdoor pool, really fast. The lay out is open, there is plenty of space for everybody. Water streaming and splashing everywhere. 2 big slides, 2 little slides. And there is a separate pool for swimming lanes swimming ‍ . Big kid loves their 2 slides. Convinced that the blue one goes fast, and it really does go fast! With the white one, I tend to 'rock/ cross cross' and kiddo needs to push himself down. A quick tour through the building concluded to a clean branch, friendly staff. The basketball court seems to have a brand new shiny floor or they have kept up their maintenance really well. They have extended their pool time to 8pm daily, and 6 pm. on Sundays, and this is till October. The only reason for 4 stars would be that the open connection between locker rooms to pools, have led to a toddler running off after getting dressed and straight to the pool around closing time. There are no family rooms at this location.

    Decent internet!

First off, not enough parking, says don't park on grass, but people do/have to anyway. Dinged one start for that. Only part I can rate now is the lap pool, went there and took a short swim. The main pool was closed and had algae in it. Pool temperature was good and pool was clean. Went around 7:30 and only had one other person there at the time. Fast internet if you want to go there and surf!

I think the mistake many people make with the Y is that they want for profit service from it. BUT it is a non- profit org that is really high quality. My son loves his art & camp & Tae Kwon Do. My husband got a really good deal on a trainer. The biggest catch is you have to be sure to sign up for things monthly...

THAT'S THE COOLEST THING I LOVE IT..THIS PLACE IS AWESOME,THEY HAVE A GYM.. & WATER SLIDES, NO LONG LINES..

Mind you that I had been in physical therapy for 9 months prior to TrainLifeFit seeing me--the pt had helped but pain relief and correct posture only lasted 2 hours after each session. I was pleasantly shocked at the relief Sumair provided, corrected my posture by releasing muscles that were constricted and he explained to me that my weak lats were a big source of my issues. Going into my second session, I'm feeling confident that my correct posture will return and my pain vanished, hoping to avoid surgery.

I've been training with Sumair for almost a year, so buckle in, this is a long, thorough review!…read more Before I came to see Sumair, I had struggled for years with back and hip issues. I had an extreme lack of mobility, and my pain was at about a 7 or 8 every day. I was limping around at age 36 like a much older person. At that point I had tried everything - tons of physical therapy, 4 different trainers, chiropractors, massage...nothing worked. When I began with Sumair, I couldn't do much of anything. I mean, I had zero range of motion and very little strength. If you're feeling self conscious or scared, please don't let that stop you, we have all been there, and I would argue that is where TrainLifeFit really shines. Sumair has built TLF to be a holistic program. What makes it so great is that it is a body/mind/emotions program. What does it matter if you can do a proper push up if your mind has been programmed to believe that you CAN'T do things because you "just don't have the body for it"? Because I am petite and small, that's what I had been told. I'd also been told that my pain was just my "new normal," and to get used to it, so Sumair also had to help me overcome my sad sad sad mental programming about my body. He also taught me about mechanics and how to recognize what was going on with my body. That understanding was reinforced through the homework he gave me, so now I have the ability to identify what's happening and work through it on my own. That's important for the other days when I'm not training with him, and I cannot overstate how much it improved my relationship with my body. I now understand it and know what it needs. So my result is, less than a year later, my pain is at about a 1. I have gained significant strength, stability and muscle mass. My winter coat didn't fit this year because my arms and back had gotten bigger! My mobility is excellent and I have recently begun to run again, an activity I had been told wasn't available for me anymore. But most importantly, I trust my body. I know it is capable of much more than I had been told. I understand it, I have a vocabulary to describe what is happening with it, and I no longer treat it like an annoying employee by getting frustrated when it doesn't do what I say. So you can train anywhere. But if you want a transformation, I recommend TrainLifeFit.
