This is hands-down, the best endodontist in the Roswell or East Cobb area. I called multiple practices before selecting this one, and most of them immediately said that they were out of network even before I told him which dental insurance I had. I can only assume that the other ones simply did not accept insurance. At this practice, on the other hand, Amanda was amazing. She was patient and supportive and took time to answer all of our questions. She took the time to determine how much our insurance would cover and provided all the information in a timely manner. The doctor was also incredible. He took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. He went over the x-rays as well as the 3-D images to show me exactly what was happening and what my options would be. If you need an endodontist, then I would highly recommend East Cobb endodontics. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I barely had to wait even 5 minutes before I was seen. The facilities equipment was very clean and high-tech. The doctor and technician were both very thorough and thoughtful with their explanations and I truly felt like they cared about me and my health. Dr. Suresh was great and explained everything to me regarding best case scenario and worst case scenario. I also felt very comfortable during the procedure as I had noise canceling headphones. The only complaints I have are that I told the secretary I did not need X-rays as they had just been done the week before at the dentist's office but this was not followed up on before my appt so I ended up getting more X-rays the day of the appt. Also, I asked repeatedly about who was going to do my filling and both the regular dentist and Dr. Suresh's office both told me the other office would take care of it. I ended up getting the filling at Dr. Suresh's office and now I have a filling in the middle of my crown that is a different color. read more

If I could give this place more stars, I would! Every part, from the scheduling to the post-procedure check up, was outstanding. If you are feeling nervous about your root canal, Dr. Suresh is your guy! They do 360° scans so you can see exactly what's going on with your teeth and he's great at explaining the procedure. I was also able to schedule a next day appointment. The root canal was quick and painless. They have noise-canceling headphones and a tv on the ceiling so you can watch whatever you want and zone out during the procedure. The doctor is really nice and his team is fantastic. He even called afterward to check in on me. Everything was done efficiently and for my comfort. 11/10, Thank you Dr. Suresh and team! read more

Dr. Suresh was wonderful! No pain, let me know what was taking place at every phase, and no problems after the procedure. He also does his own follow-up, which is rare these days. If I were to rate the experience based on just the Dr., it would be 6 stars! The only down side is his office staff. They request payment in full up front (they incorrectly figured mine, by almost $500) and take close to a month to reimburse you for your overpayment. I've never experienced a health provider holding on to someone's money for that length of time! read more

Dr. Suresh and his staff were absolutely wonderful! Usually I am nervous about doctor/dentist appointments, but after I saw Dr. Suresh I wouldn't mind going again, one bit. He was very kind and gentle and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! His staff are very kind and helpful! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Bianca who was absolutely wonderful. Amanda and Beth were very kind as well! After my appointment, Dr. Suresh called me to make sure I was ok and not in any pain! That is very rare to have a doctor call after the appointment to reinsure your in good condition! I have never had a doctor do that before! He is by far the best endodontist I have ever seen! He did two root canals for me ( in one week) and I can't even describe how incredible, professional and kind he and his team is. I was out in 50 min, quick and painless. Dr. Andy Suresh - what a fantastic experience. Yes it was a root canal. Knowledgeable, confident, caring. I had to take medication after the root canal, not only the Dr. Suresh was carful enough to review my chart and possible side effects of the medication, but he contacted both my Internist and my Urologist, to ensure that it was safe for me to take the drug. Anand Suresh, DMD, MSD, his dental assistant, as well as his front desk assistant are experts in their field, each person a joy with which to work. I truly appreciated the ease of scheduling with little notice for a root canal, the professional root canal treatment, the aftercare contact afforded me and the precise instructions for aftercare. The billing quoted for the re-root canal procedure and a permanent filling was reasonable, the amount billed was precise and did not go above the quoted amount. A-Z, best dental experience! Dr. Suresh's office was super pleasant to work with, highly professional when dealing with my root canal. Dr. Suresh was thorough, empathetic and excellent in explaining the procedure and what to expect. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Suresh and his assistant Amanda. They are very professional - caring, communicative and very, very competent. Dr. Suresh did everything he could to ensure that the only pain I felt was from the anaesthetic injections, and used two different topicals to minimize even that. The office environment is very nice as well, including headphones and music to distract the patient from the noise of the procedure. Like S.S. I would rate the doctor, his assistant and the office six stars if I could. On the other hand, I would rate this receptionist/billing person as one star. She misled me as to how much my insurance would pay for the procedure on December 20, 2017, versus in early January 2018, saying that there would be very little difference. The difference was actually $400 to me ($659 vs. $259 out of pocket). She either knew that and decided to mislead me or she can't do basic subtraction, since she is the billing person, called the ICD code to the insurance company and got the numbers. Since I was in no pain, and the tooth was already capped, stopping any further cracking, there was no emergency. I believe that she misled me to get the procedure done early and to get the money in 2017 instead of 2018. Had she given me the actual amounts, I could have made an informed decision and would have saved the money. Shame on me for trusting her. That won't happen again and I rate her one star - would go to minus one if I could. I would certainly have Dr. Suresh do any future endodontics if necessary, but will be very sure that I know the costs and double check everything that the billing person says with my dental insurance company before scheduling an appointment. We called hoping to leave a message but the staff not only answered the phone, when they were closed, but told us to come to the office to be evaluated. Dr. Suresh is simply amazing. I have had 3 root canals with him and he's very gentle, worried about patient comfort, and explains everything very well. He will always go the most conservative route so will not perform procedures that he doesn't feel is necessary, unlike some other doctors. I had 2 AMAZING experiences with Dr. Suresh and his staff. I have had 2 root canals in the past 6 months. Both of my experiences were outstanding. I have had a lifelong aversion to anything dental so, needless-to -say I was quite apprehensive. I have never had such a wonderful experience at any dentist office. Dr. Suresh was FANTASTIC!! Very calming and genuinely interested in how he could make my experience a pleasant one. His assistant was equally amazing and very personable. Dr. Suresh is wonderful. This was my second visit to him in 3 years. A month ago I had to have a biopsy on my jaw as my dentist and oral surgeon were concerned I had a tumor. It turned out it was a severe infection and they thought the molar was cracked and would have to be pulled. I contacted Dr. Suresh and he said not have the tooth pulled until you see me. He took me immediately, took an x-ray and ran some tests...WELL, it turned out a pre-molar had a dead nerve and an infection in it which was causing the jaw infection. He did a root canal as I watched the Olympics on the overhead T.,V. He and the entire staff couldn't have been nicer and caring. Both he and his assistant were very professional, caring and gentle. I had no pain whatsoever during the procedure or after. If you have to have a root canal, this is the endodontist to see. read more

Dr. Suresh and his team are AMAZING! I had a VERY BAD experience with another endodontist and was referred to Dr. Suresh, THANK GOODNESS!!!! He has the latest technology and training to ensure he gives his clients the best advice. I was told by the other dentist and endodontist that I needed a root canal, even though my gut said I did not. Dr. Suresh examined my tooth very closely, took x-rays, performed a few tests on the tooth, and confirmed, as I suspected, I did not need one!
