Great communication from the owner, showed as planned, quality of work was good. Plus I love that they're insured in case of worker injury or damage to your home, which is not always the case. Check your homeowners insurance. If you go with non-insured vendors and a worker gets injured on your property, you may be on the hook for their medical care. I would definitely hire them again. read more

After third attempt to reschedule to come out for following reason, I dismissed the company due to following poor excuses; damaged my wood deck, broken equipment, never bother to confirm or recontact me until days later. Left again. Piled everything up in driveway for days leaving it there!!! Same issue again, following day, I left messages , never replied. Arrived hours after appointment. Then returned next day this time with the technician damaging my deck lumber, splintered the wood rail and blasting a huge divot in the wood! They only thing Mike Cruz was concerned about was traveling and hour to my residence. So in summary, they don't care about the customer, quality of service , timleness, equipment maintenance ( their responsibility) or effort to mitigate using the right fitting to avoid issue resulting in property damage! read more

I had hired East Coast back when Michael was the owner. I was thoroughly impressed. He was detailed and work was flawless. So when I hired them back this year I was disappointed to see the end product. The deck and fence were left spotty at best. For example, part of the railing was washed and the other half looks dirty. So that cannot be the "wood". That is when I learned that the business was sold a couple of years ago. If anyone knows about Michael's new business please let me know. read more

I asked for a quote from East Coast Powerwashing for dryer vent cleaning and the owner returned an email asking me where the birds nest was and if it was vacant or anyone lived there. First I never said there was a birds nest. She also let me know they clean the vent from the inside of the house. Well yeah that's where the vent starts! She let me know I do get a military discount but no price was given. hmmm It is now Friday night and am sure they are closed the weekend. Next! read more

MIke and his team did a fantastic job cleaning the playground, patios and sidewalks at my church. They are the the best. Update, they just cleaned the deck at my dad's house in Sterling another great job. read more

Asked for a quote, and they wanted pictures of my house. I can Google my house and find pictures or satellite images online. Can they do some leg work. If you're unwilling to type in an address, does that laziness transfers over to the actual job? read more

East Coast Powerwashing did a great job on my deck, siding, and sidewalk. Great quote and great service. The gentleman who did the job made sure it was done right and to our satisfaction. Well Done! I will be using this coronary again next year. read more

Super flexible, efficient and reasonably priced. Did a great job on our trex deck and the front of our house and stamped concrete sidewalk in preparing it for the market. Would definitely use them again read more

John came to my home and cleaned my dryer vents. He had power washed my home before. I was so impressed with his knowledge of the service. He showed me the clogs in my vent line and explained how that was impacting my dryer. I can now save money by having a dryer that works to its fullest capacity. I plan to have them out annually! read more

I would have loved to use East Coast Powerwashing for their reviews are very good, however I can not seem to get in touch with the office. I had an appt on the books for 2+ weeks and at the last minute it was cancelled because they were not aware they made the appt on Memorial weekend. I have been trying to reach them ever since they canceled the appointment but all I get is their voicemail and no return phone call. I would love to have used East Coast Powerwashing, however due to their inefficiencies this is no longer an option. Just as a warning the YOUNG GIRL, Hannah who answers the phone is rude, condescending and disrespectful. She must be a very unhappy person. Someone needs to tell her her phone manner needs a real adjustment. read more

Well, my house is definitely clean, and my old raggedy fence looks much better, but unfortunately my roses and red maple are ruined from the chemicals left on them. I chose this company because they advertised that they were eco-friendly and safe for all plants, and that my plants "might look even better afterwards," and I even asked the technician prior to him beginning if my roses would be harmed and he assured me that they absolutely would not. However, all of my roses are now blistered brown and appear to be dying on the vines. My red maple is also blistered. I inquired with the company afterwards what eco-friendly products were used because I smelled bleach for a day and a half only to find out they used a bleach solution. I'm not sure what plants benefit from a bleach treatment, but I can assure you roses do not. I also had to spend a combined 6 hours cleaning the bleach residue off my windows and screens because you could not see through them from the spots and streaks, and after cleaning them once, it rained and washed more bleach onto them from what wasn't rinsed off the house, so I had to clean them again. If they had just been honest with me up front that there was a slight chance of negative impacts to sensitive plants, I could have covered my roses and my maple tree. I would not use this company again based on their misleading advertising and not being totally up front with me. If you do use this company, be sure to cover any plants you don't want harmed. I turned away companies that quoted half the price because they disclosed to me up front that their soft wash included a bleach based product. The only resolution offered was to come by and take a look and rinse again, and they recommended I try rinsing my plants with more water. The damage was done so not sure what they planned to accomplish, plus I would need to clean my windows a third time. I now have two decade old roses that might now die, and I paid a lot of money for it. read more

Great job our our house and deck. They were on time and super friendly too! We will definitely recommend to friends and use them again.

I scheduled an appointment with Mike to get a quote to power wash our house siding, porch, decks and gutters. They gave us a fair price and we went ahead and had them do their thing. They did a fantastic job. Will use them again. read more

Michael was professional in responding to my request and timely with arranging the service. I didn't know the time of the arrival, but was pleased that they could accommodate me at a busy time of year. I added cleaning of a wall at the last minute, and the technician was good humored about it. I recommend them. read more

Look no further. East Coast Powerwashing is the best. They are the one you can place trust in. I owned my house for 8 years and this was the first time it had a powerwash. I shopped around for a good and honest contractor and was glad that I made a good choice. Michael, the owner asked for a very reasonable price for the job. He and his crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. Please see the before and after photos they posted here. No exaggeration! My house sidings got a new fresh look after the powerwashing. I am very satisfied with the quality work they provided and know for sure I will be their repeat customer. read more

East Coast Power Washing did an excellent job on my deck. They took an old, icky looking deck and made it look brand new. The owner was very courteous and never hassled me into other services. Definitely worth the value and price. read more

WONDERFUL experience with East Coast Powerwashing. Michael, the owner, is delightful...a pleasure to deal with from day 1. Returned my emails promptly; provided a very reasonable quote to power wash our 1 year old deck. Stayed in touch daily with regard to scheduling [per weather]. I had a bad grease spot on the deck where my husband had dropped something when he was BBQing, and ECP was able to remove 90% of the spot....the wash was gentle and did not splinter the wood.....I was able to apply a sealant to the deck without having to sand it first. Very, very pleased....best power washing company we've EVER used. Rates are very competitive but the end result is far superior. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

We just moved into a new house backing to woods, with a number of ornamental trees in the yard. The large deck, the covered patio, and the paver walkway to the back gate all required some serious attention. The patio and walk way desperately needed cleaning prior to our moving in with two rambunctious dogs to prevent tracking all that into the house. I contacted East Coast Power Washing at - quite literally - the last minute, within hours of doing our walk through. Needless to say the owner arrived right away to take a look at what we needed. When we scheduled to have the work done he was prompt, courteous and did an amazing job. We didn't have to move a single thing and the final result looks truly brand new! Communication with the company is quick and easy. I plan to have them back when we are ready to do the deck. We are so pleased with the quality of the service provided by East Coast Power Washing that we intend to recommend them to all our family, friends and new neighbors! Thanks again guys! read more
