The team from M&D Home Repairs & Remodeling came in to replace the drywall, insulation, flooring, and paint. This was not a small project. Found a potentially costly leak in my washer/dryer hook-up and were able to repair it. They replaced walls, installed ceramic tile floors, cabinets, and painted everything! I was super impressed with their attention to detail with regard to a number of small things. I will definitely hire them again for future projects -- in fact already have a few in mind!

I was especially impressed with the molding and how polished everything looked, as well as the clean lines in the bedrooms. Only minor nits I would pick were that some of the furniture was not replaced and I had to move back myself, which is not a huge deal, and they left some dirty fingerprints and water bottles and such behind. Overall I felt I got a fair price out of the estimates I received and the owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would use them again.

We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. Click Construction stepped in during a very difficult time and helped restore not just our home, but our peace of mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've attached before-and-after photos so you can see the incredible transformation for yourself. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

The owner Justin was great to work with, communicated almost daily, and stopped by the house frequently to check on the progress of the work and answer any questions or concerns I had. Selvin the team lead is a true craftsman, knows his stuff, and clearly takes pride in the quality of his work. Others on the team worked equally hard and they have all been with Calabrese for at least 10 years. We sought estimates from other contractors but we felt none of them measured up to H&C in terms of their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. Even from the very beginning, before we had finalized a design or signed a contract, Luis and his team's responsiveness and professionalism always made us feel as though we were a valued client. That continued throughout the entire process as we worked with them to develop a design that fit within our budget. Fabio was assigned as our project manager and we couldn't be more thankful for him! He was on top of every last detail and when we had two unforeseen issues come up during demolition, he was quick to provide us a thorough assessment of the issue, several options, and his professional recommendation. It was extremely evident that Fabio and his crew that were here every day were a strong team and it was reflected in their daily communications, their craftsmanship, and their meticulous attention to detail.
