I did not wait long in the waiting room, nor the exam room. The office was very clean. Dr. Wilson reviewed my notes and was conservative in his treatment approach due to my past medical history. I have to be super careful taking antibiotics and he was able to give me a remedy that did not involve oral meds. I am extremely grateful for this conservative approach. This doctor is very patient and polite. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Ashley (nurse) & Dr Thomas Wilson was very patient with me & listened to me. He gave me options & let me decide which one that I wanted. He asked me if I wanted to think it over & come back at a later time. He does not suggest or push you for an option. I did have quite a wait (why the 5-star rating you ask?) I found out that on that particular day (Wednesday), there was only Dr Wilson working but the key thing was he did not rush & really cared about his patients. They apologized & since I was his last patient of the day, he asked me if I wanted to do the procedure then & there (which would save me another trip to the clinic.) Did the procedure (even went past closing) & his staff stayed behind. He & his staff still had the same cheerful, friendly, & helpful attitude at the end as when I got there. Sorry for the length of this review. I think on this particular day, the delay in being seen was the circumstances stated. Anyway, this worked for me & the quality of care was great. My lesson learned is "Don't let a Podiatrist do Orthopedic (bone) surgery". Find an Orthopedic surgeon that does your specific procedure routinely. I recommend Jewett Orthopedic in Orlando. It's worth the drive. Also their x-ray machine is very old and often not working.

It was still swollen. 3 days later we are in ER getting strong IV antibiotics. We were admitted for IV and strong antibiotics. We are DONE with Dunne and his rusty scalpel. Six days later the toe had to be amputated. Dunne signed off on infected foot, never took a culture to determine the strand, gave the infection in his office procedure and never discussed possibilities of infection before hand. This guy is an irresponsible hack.
