John assisted me with transferring my vehicle back to Caliber Collision in Fredsburg. Va. allowing me to leave the vehicle that he handled for me personally with the tow company - he then surprised me by offering and took me to Enterprise rental down the street a couple blocks where I got an expedited rental scheduled for me, by the front C.S. Caliber folks making a quick emergency call to the sales folks.
