Both the toilet paper AND paper towels were sitting loose on the sink. There was a paper towel dispenser mounted directly over the toilet--which is disgusting in itself--despite there being plenty of other wall space where it could've been installed. The faucet was also extremely loose and felt like it was barely attached. The restroom just didn't feel clean or well maintained.
