You pay 50 cents more for a small latte. $4.00 instead of the usual $3.50 (I would be ok with this I if..) 2. You didn't have to wait an extremely long time to get it when there is hardly anyone there. This has happened to me on each occasion. 3. Then when you do finally get it, the coffee is too hot! Baristas need better training on not serving scolding hot coffee. So much so, you can barely hold it, let alone drink it right away. 4. The coffee tastes like hot milk! I can't taste the coffee.
