In spite of the good weather, Don's gave an ETA of 2:11 pm. Ok. 2 hours. No one showed up. At 2:35 I called Don's and the gentleman was pleasant but informed me they had a truck that experienced "difficulty" but would be there in 30 minutes. No call no show. At 3:30 I called State Farm and they called Don's. State Farm informed me that Don's told them they were 15 minutes/5 miles away. No one showed up. I called State Farm a second time at 3:54. The SF rep said dispatch told him that Don's had just talked to me "10 minutes ago". Dishonest. The bright spot was that the tow truck driver, when he did show up 2 hours late at 4:05 pm was professional and pleasant. I would not do business with Don's Auto and Truck service again and will petition State Farm to drop them from their preferred vendor program.
