In response to you - Yes, I spoke with people the following day regarding the fact that we turned the wipers on once upon exit. The next day when I turned them on for the first time in the rain, the rubber was stripped off. I find it extremely difficult to blame anything other than your wash. I've never had this happen to wiper blades in my life until using your carwash.
