I tried one planner and she was busy but she referred me to Charlotte of Eventive. As far as I was concerned it was a done deal as soon as we met very soon after she had been notified. She had all the requisite contacts for a tent and chairs, catering, flowers, Porta potties and more. She expeditiously arranged it all flawlessly and things clicked like a Swiss watch on the day of the event. She even arranged a totally sunny but cool day with low humidity, not an easy task for Massachusetts in July. Last but not least she pitched in on the day and made the drinks, arranged the flowers, and in general made my difficult task as easy as anyone could do. I unreservedly recommend her company for any event that might come up. Need I add that she is very friendly, cheerful and a joy to work with.

The staff was punctual, kind, smiley, helpful, and just all around great. The food was delicious and we had more than enough, especially on the dessert end (which always has fallen short with other caterers in the past). The caterers were kind enough to offer to wrap plates to go for anyone/everyone who wanted, which was just a really great extra detail that helped so much. So many guest complimented the food and asked where it came from, ALWAYS a good sign. Email and phone correspondence were always fast and detailed throughout the planning process. I originally was over budget and Joan was super helpful in re-drafting the menu. I look forward to working with Franklin Caterers for future events.

I was initially very nervous to hand over my wedding to her as I had spent SO many hours on all the details but I'm SO glad that I did. She executed it with such attention to detail. I mean she was even replacing candlesticks as they were burning out! It was so helpful having her there to navigate the ceremony rehearsal the prior day and then making a weather call the day of. Her and her team worked SO hard to make all my wedding dreams come true. Whenever an issue came up they were very quick to fix it. She was extremely adaptable and no problem was too big for them to solve. My seating assignment were hand written cards that they had to so meticulously hang each card with lots of different adhesives. They kept us on a tight timeline even though all the speeches were WAY longer than they were planned to be. I'm so grateful for her an her team and she is such a pleasure to work with.
