Jeanne and I worked out a menu of cocktails, two of which were my wife's favorites and one being mine. Jeanne wrote up an amazing menu with unique names for each drink and helped guide me along the way of what needed to get done to ensure an amazing party. The day of the party was perfect. Jeanne and her husband picked up the kegs for me, which helped relieve a lot of stress. She set up the pub while we were out. I dropped my wife off at a restaurant with a friend for a drink, which allowed me to get home and help set up (thank you to my 3 friends who assisted!). The moment of truth arrived and my wife arrived home and was blown away. She had such an amazing time! Jeanne ensured that everyone was well taken care of with amazing cocktails. For over a year, (we booked them before the pub was even completed!) Jeanne provided incredible support, handling everything from specialty drink creation and menu planning to providing a detailed shopping list and even picking up our kegs on their way down from Mass. Jeanne coordinated with our venue, DOC and Caterer throughout the process to make sure every detail was covered and there would be no issues on the day of. I tried one planner and she was busy but she referred me to Charlotte of Eventive. As far as I was concerned it was a done deal as soon as we met very soon after she had been notified. She had all the requisite contacts for a tent and chairs, catering, flowers, Porta potties and more. She expeditiously arranged it all flawlessly and things clicked like a Swiss watch on the day of the event. She even arranged a totally sunny but cool day with low humidity, not an easy task for Massachusetts in July. Last but not least she pitched in on the day and made the drinks, arranged the flowers, and in general made my difficult task as easy as anyone could do. I unreservedly recommend her company for any event that might come up. Need I add that she is very friendly, cheerful and a joy to work with.
