My white 12 lb baby was cut while at Bark 5th and I wasn't informed until I walked in to get him. Not a call or anything! Kim told me I needed to get him to a vet ASAP. She said she was a NURSE and he needed care. WTH! She didn't even clean him up!! He was just dripping blood! 8 + years of going there and thats how she treats regulars...? Pathetic! Kim also has an attitude problem. Sometimes she is pleasant enough to deal with and other times she acts like you have ruined her day by coming into her business. She is just a rude and unpleasant person. There are other reviews of dogs being cut and her acting defensive and dismissive. Avoid at all costs!!. There are plenty of other groomers that won't slice your dog up and then blame you.
