Becca and Joe had my sweet Charlie completed in under an hour and a half. They listened to exactly how we prefer him to be groomed and there was not one thing I needed them to touch up. My pup absolutely loved being with them and he is normally very skittish. Charlie had zero stress during the grooming. They'd just had to close for (10 days?) a Covid outbreak amongst their groomers/employees, and on the first day they were back open, no one wore a mask. I stood far from the desk and refused to come any closer until the associate helping me put one on, but as soon as she went to the back to get my dog, it came right back off. And I could tell she was talking about me as soon as she got back there because everyone still in the grooming room turned to look at me. Perhaps they thought it was a hoax up until it affected their business to the point of having to close, you would think this would be the wake up call to mask up, but it was not. If you care about mask wearing, be weary going here.

She hated it, she would sit and make us drag her through the store. When we get to Tracey's, she hops out of the car and prances into the puppy parlor. She LOVES it there. Wanted to love this place SO BADLY, but I think they specialize in small dogs or poodle type dogs…read more(and short haired dogs). I will give 2 stars for how organized they are (when we arrived, the names of all the dogs and who is grooming them is on a white board and check-in is very easy). They were also very communicative prior to the appointment. Staff were all very nice. When I picked my dogs up after 3:5 hours and both were still a little bit damp. I noticed one dog had wet ears and a few knots behind her ears so I combed those out when we got home. Because she was damp upon pickup, she dried with her fur going all over. She is soft and fluffy though. My other dog, however, when I got home I noticed in the sun one area of his skin was super pink. I moved his fur back and noticed a whole patch of skin was raw. I'm not sure if they brushed too hard or with the wrong type of comb, but his skin was almost bleeding (the skin is a little broken in a few areas). The rest of his body seems fine but this one patch is raw which has never happened before. We just moved here so finding a new groomer and vet has been my biggest stressor. I know large dogs can be REALLY hard, but we had an amazing groomer back home so I know it can be done. They seemed to be doing great with the small shih-tzus and poodles and such, so I think if you have that type of dog, you would be okay.

Sometimes longer when they are really busy. They do have an area when you can do everything yourself with your pet but we have never used it.
