The temperature of the water is preset, the height was amazing (I'm 6 ft and didn't have to overly lean over), and there were a variety of shampoos (including sensitive skin and non-fragrance). For just $14.99/dog, they provide not only the tub, towels, shampoo but also the air dryer! At first, I was skeptical about paying to wash my own darn dogs but it was such a better experience than hosing my dog down in the yard. The front staff was great at checking in to see if I needed anything or had any questions - they all were super friendly and even offered to hang onto my dogs while I pulled up curbside in the car to keep the dogs dry in the rain! With easy parking, the great customer service, and the luxe dog wash station, I for sure will be back! read more

The staff in front were very welcoming and friendly. I have a 7 month old German shepherd who is very fearful of other dogs and was reacting by barking. The groomer in the back said that it was too distracting that my dog was barking so I felt like we needed to leave, when we were there less than 10 minutes. Would not recommend a dog store where dogs aren't allowed to bark. read more

First time coming here with my dog and omg I love it here! I wanted to get her groomed but they were booked out for a while but they have a self wash option! I have a Rottweiler so she doesn't need a haircut, all she needs is a good bath. The self wash room was very nice they had two huge bath bins with a ramp to help the dogs up. The water was set to warm temperature that you didn't need to adjust. The bath bin also had rails with a soft leash so you dog wouldn't jump out. They had a bunch of different options of shampoos (I picked the vanilla almond because it's good for dry skin) and they had treats, brushes, towels, blow dryer and best of all an apron so you wouldn't get wet! Best part of the self wash is that they clean up after you so you don't have to worry about clogging the drain with dog hair (my dog sheds A LOT) and it's always kept nice and clean! It's also a store so you are able to buy treats, food and toys! Great place!!! read more

I love the staff here and how well they treat my dog. I was a little nervous about leaving my pup the first time since he was unsure about being at the groomers. They all took time to make him comfortable and he came back looking great! They really go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience for dog and owner. Now when I drop him off he's happy to see all his friends at Earthwise and I don't feel guilty about leaving him. I have a Great Pyrenees and his groomer does an excellent job of thinning his undercoat, keeping any mats out of his fur, and amazingly enough getting his fur bright white. I'm happy, my dog is happy, money well spent! I'd recommend this place to anyone needing a good groomer. Our family loves this place! We come here fairly often because the staff is so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They've known Ollie since he was just 8 weeks old and are never too busy to say hello and give him love. They are always well stocked and clean. It's a bit pricey, but totally worth every cent. What we buy often/have bought: pig ears bully sticks cookies harnesses one time we bought a pig rose, but he ate that too quickly canned food dry food vitamins brushes and I'm sure there's more I've forgotten! read more

The staff at EarthWise Pet Supply are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I love the local, small business feel, too. Even though my dog is small--a Bichon, I love the bathing facility. They really do treat your pet like family here! I've taken my puppy here to get groomed twice so far, and they absolutely love her! Lea does a fabulous job- she is very gentle, my baby comes out looking beautiful, and I love their "puppy intro" that gets them used to the experience. I have been getting my dog groomed at EarthWise Pets for two years. They are really nice people, family business, and they really care about my dog. The groomer is excellent.
