My pup has been going here for ~2 months. I like the pack environment for him. He is only a puppy and the thought of him being kenneled all day but an occasional 15-20 min was not ideal. Since he's able to run and play, he gets that puppy energy out and allows us to focus on training when he's home. He's excited to go in the morning and when gets excited to see the staff. The staff are great. I hear them work with him on training cues and I've heard them gush over him. I love seeing the pictures on their site and frequently get reports of the birthday parties he's attended. I enjoy talking and joking around with the staff and feel very comfortable leaving my boy there for the day. In the beginning I had the yard camera on all day and would look for him to make sure he was all right, now, I turn it on from time to time but don't feel I NEED to watch all of the time. I have been bringing Ragnar to Camp for a year now, he is 2 ... He absolutely loves it! When I say "Do you want to go play with friends?" He runs to the car, and goes crazy with delight we near the Camp. I love that I can watch him play & believe this has helped him be a very fun, social dog. Everyone is very friendly and they know Ragnar when they see him I am retired so take him at least 1 day a week so he can play. They keep the playground VERY clean and are attentive. They make sure all dogs have ALL shots. I have not had to board, however in the future if I do I now have a place I would feel comfortable doing so. The groomer was great, however kept changing times on me so that didn't work out. I treat my boy like my child, I highly recommend Camp Run a Mutt if you want a safe, clean, fun environment for your Pup. read more

Not only has the place been a welcoming and positive place for my puppy to hang out while I'm at work, his reactivity when walking outside has decreased and his confidence has improved. All the staff are super nice and accommodating. They know how to take care of doggos! They also have a grooming/bathing service that I've used - my pup smelled of blueberries for a week after he has his full body wash/grooming session with them. I WISH we had this place where we live. We were driving through Gainesville on a road trip with our dog and he urgently needed to get his glands done. They were happy to take him within a few minutes but were VERY thorough in making sure my dog was vaccinated and healthy to keep all the dogs safe. I really appreciated that. Everyone is SO friendly and i love that you can watch all the dogs roam free in the awesome backyards. All the dogs coming out from their day seemed so happy and just an overall amazing experience. I cannot recommend this place enough!! They really care about all the dogs, they eventually learn their names and always treat them with love and respect. My dog has some separation anxiety, however, he always gets excited when he knows he'll go to camp! I am also in love with the online cameras so I can see my dog having fun. I literally can't say enough good things about this place. Brandi truly truly loves and adores animals and her job and it shows. When I came in, she acted like my pup, Gus, was the best and most precious dog in the world. They took time to get to know my pup before taking him; diet, medicine, behaviors, how he is with other dogs, etc. They have at least 3 different areas to take them, including inside if it rains or gets too hot. I loved that I could look at the cameras and see how he was doing ANYTIME- it was so easy and simple! I could see the employees loving on my pup and playing with him. Honestly, I learned so much about my dog while watching the videos. His first day was ONLY TWENTY BUCKS and he can stay until 7:00pm!!!!! You will not regret taking your pup to this place! read more

Owners Brandi and Mike have been there every time we visited and really care about dogs and their people. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right. When you walk in, it smells super-fresh and clean, and you can see the dogs playing together out the windows and on the video screen. Our pup was a little nervous on her first visit and everyone was very sensitive and responsive to her needs. The level of supervision here is outstanding - all the play areas have someone with the dogs all the time. There are not enough superlatives in the english language to express how much I LOVE this place! And I should add that my dog Sammy LOVES this place! Mike, Brandi, Sarah, Jamie, Aliyah and all the rest of the amazing staff are true dog lovers - and I mean LOVERS! Totally hands on attention, kisses, scratches, rubs and hugs, no cages ever, play yards full of interesting and fun structures and water features to keep the dogs happily engaged for hours and hours. And the mutt-cams! That best thing ever! Sometimes I feel like I've developed a secret addiction - turning on the mutt-cams and watching all the dogs playing so joyously gives me a hit of vicarious endorphins that has carried me through many stressful days. I visited other daycare centers in the area and was always disappointed, and I thank my lucky stars that I didnt' give up the search.
