The owners are also very knowledgeable about all their products as they informed me that the specific teddy material I grabbed was being discontinued so this was the last chance to grab it! My favorite part here was that when I checked out, the items I picked up were swapped with fresher versions without the price tag sticker. This made it easy to prep as gifts. My friend and I were the only two people in the store. There were no other shoppers in the store. It was basically empty. As we entered the shop, there was an older man around 60 -65 ish wavy blonde hair, about 5' 10" who obviously was an employee because he was by the register. I saw the doll I wanted, it was suspended, hanging from the ceiling. I could not retrieve the doll without assistance. I tried in vain to get his attention, but he simply ignored me. Mind you I was standing directly in front of the man with the counter top separating up by only a couple of feet. I tried to get his attention by saying "excuse me!" I stood there about five minutes asking by saying "excuse me," several times but he was obviously being rude and was acting oblivious to my presence. He knew that I was infringement of him asking for assistance. He was piddling around untangling some beads, ignoring my inquiry's. . He would not even look at me much less make eye contact with me. My friend was on the other side of the store and saw another similar mermaid doll hanging from the ceiling and she said, "What about this one?" Eventually he put down the beads and he still kept on ignoring me. I summoned him again by excusing myself . This time he asked, " Well your friend wanted you to look at another doll. Have you decided?" I pointed out to him the doll I wanted and watched as he retrieved the doll and set it down on the opposite side of the counter furthest away from me. I had to walk to retrieve the doll and bring it to the register. He couldn't even have handed to me. As I paid him for the doll I asked if he was the owner and his retort was "No , I'm the manager. This guy was rude, had a bad, almost nasty attitude for some unknown reason. If I hadn't liked the doll so much in the first place I'd never returned have to put up with this curmudgeon's insolence and bad attitude. He is the epitome of bad customer relations. The One star rating I had to give is 5 stars to many!

I bought jewels, hair clips n clothing too, they always had nice T-shirts, hats, trinkets galore! Lol I also had chuckles reading all the jokes or now they call them memes. If you're a little bit on the heavy side (like myself), the largest size for shirts and sweaters is a large, as I asked the lady working there what's their biggest size, so I wasn't able to get a shirt. Not to mention, the shirts are a bit pricey (about 25-30 dollars). Instead I got a hat which is adjustable in the back, and fits comfortably. This shop is very nicely organized and aesthetic, however, the lady at the cash register who might be the owner did not greet us or anything, and seemed very bothered by us just walking in. There are some colorful crates in the back part of the store that my friend wanted to take pictures with, so I asked the cashier first if it would be okay to do so, since I had noticed that she already looked upset, and she said "yes and thank you for asking first since some people don't even ask" and I had also purchased a $40 hat prior to asking. I take a few pictures of my friend and as we're looking at them some customers walk in and are taking a look around and we scooted to the corner so they can shop. As soon as they left the cashier comes up to us with so much attitude saying "you guys need to get out when customers come in, if you guys are doing this they can't shop." when we literally were no where in the way of the customers. The last thing my friend and I wanted was to make her upset, which is why we asked permission first and purchased an item so we could stay longer in the store. But, the lack of customer service and passive aggressive tone was what makes us not want to shop here anymore. A simple "if customers come in I would appreciate if you guys step aside for them to shop" (which we did either way) in the beginning when I first asked for permission would've been nice instead of telling us to "get out" after I had already purchased something.

Perfect for thick hair! The cashier confirmed this as well which made me feel confident and I can confirm they hold up with long, thick, hair. It seems like this place does a lot of limited drops so definitely get there early if you're looking for a trendy item. But, it wasn't too crowded when I went around 11am.
