Not only did we have these issues but the cleaniness of the classroom was clearly subpar considering every single day was a new illness and a huge out break of hand foot and mouth that was a revolving door! As a full time working mom I didn't have much of a choice but to continue. Although I could look past everything else what I couldn't look past was the rudeness of the management! It was made very clear from the beginning for information for billing etc. it needed to be made aware to his father. They would rudely call me and leave me multiple messages demanding that I handle it and even continued to use the wrong name for me multiple times after being corrected! We finally just decided to discontinue services as it was extremely expensive for a service that was more trouble than it was worth and we were not going to spend an elaborate amount of money to be disrespected.
