I'm absolutely appalled at the care here. Each day I addressed something to the teachers and yesterday (7/25) I actually spoke to the director demanding answers and of course there was none! NO EXCUSE FOR A 14 MONTH OLD TO BE FLINCHING WHEN SHE COMES HOME; WITH A NEW BRUISE AND SO THIRSTY AND HUNGRY SHE COMES HOME AND CONSUMES ENOUGH FOOD AND WATER FOR AN ADULT!

The second time around was with my son, not only did we mention that we were potty training and asked them for consistency of doing it there as well they promised us that they would. This was never honored and we were repeatedly told it needed to just be "brought up" which I pointed out had been mentioned to teachers and even head staff over messages and in person multiple times. Not only did we have these issues but the cleaniness of the classroom was clearly subpar considering every single day was a new illness and a huge out break of hand foot and mouth that was a revolving door! As a full time working mom I didn't have much of a choice but to continue. Although I could look past everything else what I couldn't look past was the rudeness of the management! It was made very clear from the beginning for information for billing etc. it needed to be made aware to his father. They would rudely call me and leave me multiple messages demanding that I handle it and even continued to use the wrong name for me multiple times after being corrected! We finally just decided to discontinue services as it was extremely expensive for a service that was more trouble than it was worth and we were not going to spend an elaborate amount of money to be disrespected.

They wanted us to continue paying full price despite them being closed. I understood. About 2 years later once I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, I called to see if they had availability, they did, then once they got more of my information, they never called me back. I tried three times to get an update and was ignored. I believe they were annoyed I pulled my son in 2020. Either way, unprofessional and petty.

I was told directly that they had openings and was scheduled for a tour the next morning. On Friday, I toured the facility, and told them I was ready to enroll immediately so my son could begin on Monday, just as I had mentioned in my initial call. Rebecca suddenly claimed she wasn't sure there was space as 2 children had enrolled on Thursday, even though she had told me there was. I had just saw his classroom and counted about nine children, clearly not a full class, when the student to teacher ratio is 1:11 and there are 2 teachers. From there, the situation became even more concerning. Rebecca went into the office, whispered with Chris, the owner, and returned stating : there were actually no spots available and my son was second on a waiting list. After voicing my concern about being told there was availability, Chris came and spoke with me promising to call me back about the availability, but that call never came. Instead, I received a generic email confirming my son had been placed on the waiting list. This experience was not just disappointing as a single mom -- it was deeply troubling as this is a faith based school. The whispering in the office, the sudden contradictions, and the lack of follow-through made it clear that honesty and transparency are not priorities at this school. I would strongly caution other parents to look elsewhere. If this is how they handle new families at the door, I shudder to think how issues are handled once a child is enrolled.
