I am not sure about the curriculum or the end of day reports. Every day he slept from 12 to 2…read moreexactly? I doubt that. Sometimes I ask for details like how much did he actually sleep, how much of his lunch did he eat, and it is clear the staff doesn't really know. Also, not PERSONALLY in love with the cleanliness vibe of the place and have at least on two occasions felt like my kids day care attendant (not sure what they are called) presented as what I would call a little disheveled or mildly unkempt? There's also been a few circumstances where yes, I had to have a code to get in, but once you type in the code there's no one at the front door when I come in or on my way out. The doors to the classes not locked from the outside and anyone who could jump a fence and climb a pony wall could essentially have access to any child in the facility. In fairness when we left them, they were in the process of construction/repairs so maybe they are preparing to give the place an update overall. To any parents who need this place to make your family life function, I don't think you should feel bad about this location. My child was there for months and it was helpful for our family unit.

These people are a saving grace! During a difficult time with my family, these wonderful people…read morestepped up and helped me. I feel like they invited me and my children into their family from the first day I came in to tour their facility. They have gone above and beyond in ensuring that my daughter is safe and happy while under their care. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency and professionalism at this daycare…read more At pickup, I asked my child's teacher whether my daughter had a water bottle that day and was told she did not have one in class. Given that my daughter was recovering from RSV at the time, access to water is not optional -- it is essential. When I followed up the next morning for clarification, I was then told something completely different: that she did have a water bottle all day, that it was provided by her mother (who also works at the facility), and that the bottle was intentionally kept at the school. Being given two conflicting answers about something as basic as hydration is unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about communication, consistency, and whether a child's best interests are truly being prioritized -- especially when a staff member is also a parent. What has made this situation even more concerning is what happened afterward. Shortly after I shared my experience publicly, I was blocked from the parent communication app and lost access to the classroom camera. As a parent, being cut off from updates and visibility into my child's day without explanation is deeply troubling and further undermines trust. When concerns were raised, they were dismissed rather than addressed. Parents deserve honesty, transparency, and accountability -- particularly when it comes to their child's health and safety. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
