For me it's hard to leave my kids anywhere Bc I know it's not with me, but at this day care it really isn't hard. My kids have been here about two months now, They are always greeting us when we walk in, they always say hey to my kiddos and act excited To see them everyday. they are very accommodating when I bring my kids at different times, close to 9. All the teachers that my kids have are amazing. Memphis loves Joanna , Madison, Natalie, and autumn loves her teachers even tho she can't say their names yet. They are learning and they have came along way since they started here. We had a nanny at home before. Memphis comes home singing songs and he knows his abc's (he's 3) he's counting and playing with kids and best part is , they are tired when we get home ! I wish my kids could be with me all the time but since they can't this is the next best place. I really like everyone and I feel comfortable to address any issues with them or any concerns. This place raises tuition several times a year. They also send the kids home for every minor reason. They even override to doctor on the child's ability to be at day care. read more

I can't believe entrusted my child to this horrible place! My toddler had bites on her from the same kid over and over, and nothing was done about it. When she was potty training they left her for hours in her soaked pull up causing severe rash from her hips on down to her feet. Her clothes, socks, and shoes were all soaked and nothing was done about it. Every time my husband or I came to pick her up it was as if we walked into a real life version of Lord of the Flies! I want to state that I am posting this just put awareness out there for parents to help protect their babies. There was a post about this center from a different girl a few months back that I worked with. In her situation her son was hurt by a staff member and when reported to the director nothing was done or reported to state because "they have to see it happen themselves" but this particular teacher had been reported to the director on multiple occasions about different situations. So the girl called the state on the center and the center was put under investigation. The investigator came and did a walk through and asked everyone questions on the situation. He asked the Director what happened and she lied to him said saying that nothing happened and nothing was reported to her. She told several teachers what to tell state to avoid getting the center in trouble. A few teachers that were asked about the situation DID NOT LIE to the investigator. Which made the director look terrible because she lied to state. Once she figure out that the stories didn't line up she was very upset and crying. And started telling everyone that no one reported anything to her or that "she completely forgot" about anything that was said and made herself a victim of the situation.. she was terrified about losing her job and I'm genuinely surprised she didn't. (That teacher was fired) The director has given children medicine that was not theirs, without permission, and without notifying parents. One incident was on a bite on a child's arm and she put medicated cream on it because the bite looked so bad and she was trying to make it look better to avoid conflict with parents. When a incident happens to your child, most of the time they do not know what actually happens to your child. To avoid conflict they make up a random story and that's what they tell the parents happened to the child and write on their incident reports. So for a little background I am going to talk about how staff is treated first and then move on to the kids. Everyone normally works 7-8 hours a day. Unless we cover a shift then it's 11 hours. They DO NOT allow staff to have any break or lunch time. Even working a 11 hour shift there is no kind of breaks for the teachers. They also do not allow overtime but with there being 3 different centers under the same owner they found a loophole where they can send teachers to different centers so they work over time hours but do not receive over time pay for it. The teachers absolutely have to find someone to cover their shifts in order to take any kind of time off and it makes it impossible. There has been teachers with emergencies and teachers kids sick or in the hospital and them still having to come in to work their shift. Even teachers sick they say to take medicine and come to work. They do not care about the mentality or well being of staff. With that being said, a lot of workers are in and out of the daycare. Can't keep staff to watch the kids. They don't keep the same teachers in the same classrooms consistently. They revolve teachers so much the kids have no structure. Teachers will sit and let them do whatever they want to until you come and pick them up. They rarely do curriculum with your kids. Most teachers do not have your kids best interest. If your kid is having a hard time they will more likely just let your kid cry and get frustrated with them, instead of trying to find ways to console your child. This company has been the most unprofessional and stressful environment I have ever been in. They make it seem like the best place for your babies but they're just putting on a show and care more about money than the staff and the care of your kids. If you are having troubles with a daycare your child attends don't let anything go lightly. If you are looking for a daycare DO YOUR RESEARCH. Look at reviews. Look at state records. Everything. Horrible turn over, my child having incident after incident and instead of wanting to work with us to make things better the owner just asked us to leave, I hardly ever saw anyone sit down and try to engage the children - really just free play all day, and teachers would leave the room for a few minutes to go to the bathroom or kitchen or to the other class where they obviously could not see their class. read more

We love Sprouts for our son. It is a much better environment for him than the Campfire afterschool program. He has time to do his homework, and most importantly be in a group of kids his age. The 5th graders on Campfire were teaching him very troubling words and hit him a few times. read more

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD! On the first day my son started I took him to his class and the teachers didn't even greet us or pay any attention to him. Finally they offered him some cookies and I snuck out. I called 15 minutes later to see if he was okay. They said he was crying, but they were about to go outside. So I waited a little bit and called back and they said oh he's great! So I decided to see for myself. The class was still outside and I saw my son standing crying. No teacher was paying attention to him and he was just bawling. As I continued to watch I saw the teacher pick my son up by one of his arms which made him twist and fall and she just dragged him inside. By that time I was furious. I walked in and grabbed my son and told the manager. She said oh I'll tell them to be more gentle with your son. Umm first off my son is 2 you shouldn't have to tell a daycare teacher to be gentle they just should be. They hire teenagers who text their friends all day to watch your kids. Its a joke. Its expensive and the worst place you could put your child! Save yourself some time and forget this place! read more

My daughter went to Sprouts for one month. It was the first time we put her in daycare so of course I was nervous. I asked them everyday how she was doing and all they could ever tell me was "oh she was good".. no details no nothing.. I could tell my daughter had been having a rough time, dried tears and snot. Then one week I started noticing she was basically being secluded in a corner to eat her afternoon snack away from the other kids at the table. She would be in a highchair or exersaucer in a corner alone. When I tried bringing this to the directors attention, she was unavailable and the assistant director just tried giving me excuses. My husband and I found Sprouts while looking for daycares close to home for our toddler. At first we really liked the place and the staff. The director even let me bring my daughter in just for a day to try it out and get a feel of the place. It wasn't until we started taking her daily that we started noticing that made us realize it wasn't the best place to leave our daughter. There was no structure or a set daily curriculum. The kids pretty much ran wild and the teachers seemed overwhelmed. The last straw was when my husband witnesses one of the other children hitting our child and nobody was watching them. They kept making excuse after excuse and not really taking responsibility on the way the center was being run. My husband voiced his concerns in a professional manner but the director pretty much told us to either come to an understanding that things weren't going to change or find somewhere else to take our daughter. We opted for the latter and she is now at a new facility where we are comfortable leaving her. read more

I previously left a good review of this place after we started. My child seemed to love it there. Over time, we have had so many issues with this place. My son's behavior has completed changed. He has gotten sent home for bad behavior. He is coming home with bruises and scratches and bite marks and being sent home for the same reasons. When I ask him what he did at daycare he says "we just played". They don't actually teach anything. He has also come home on a few different occasions with poop stains in his underwear-one time even with dried poop in his underwear-as if he had an accident and they didn't care enough to change his underwear. When I confronted the situation to the owner, she straight up told me she didn't believe me and said my son's behavior is due to his dad living elsewhere. Communication is awful here and they don't even require signing your kid in and out from class. He won't be going here anymore and I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Horrible experience......When my son started I never got a tour, it always smelled badly, it was very disorganized and the teacher did not even know he was in her class because the office staff did not let her know. After 6 weeks I noticed the teachers did not interact with the children. Some would be on their phones. The turn-around in staff is CRAZY! It says a lot about management. I even had 4 different staff members express their disgust with the management. Teachers have to come to work sick unless they get someone to cover their shift and apparently nobody is willing to cover for anyone else. My 10 yr old would hear gossip daily from teachers about other teachers and it was not very nice! The after school program is a joke as there is NO structure and the kids either run wild or watch TV. I brought all of my concerns to the owner who apparently did not like what I explained. She was rude and was defensive. After that conversation, she had another staff member call to tell me that "After your conversation with Amanda, she wanted me to let you know today would be your kids last day". The kids did nothing wrong, so why take it out on them since you did not like the criticism and concerns that a parent had! That proved to me that Sprouts could care less about the children. Its a daycare!!!! A poorly ran daycare that I would never recommend to anyone with all of the issues I saw in 6 weeks. read more
