I was served catfish that didn't look right. The batter looked like some cornflakes sticking to the fish but missing in places. Weird. It was laying in grease. And the fish itself was gray. And not hot. It wasn't done. I LOVE catfish. Our waiter agreed it didn't look right. We ordered the appetizer platter to share. That came 25 min later. And the cheese that was inside the eggroll wrapper just pulled right out. It wasn't hot either. My friends fish and chips were different colors. One was so done it was too hard to cut. And our napkins were WET. The cloth napkins we thought were cold left our pants wet. I bet there's work going to smell terrific after being wrapped around silverware all day Whoever folded, these didn't notice? In the iced tea was colored water Just a light brown water We were betting money that we were on Candy camera at this point I spoke to the manager as we were leaving she said sorry she didn't offer to give us dessert or comp our bill or anything I won't be back ever again I even had my son's rehearsal dinner at Desha's Cincinnati because I love it so much. Shame on this place. I only got a picture of my friends fish and chips, but why would anyone even think serving two pieces of fish different colors like this would be acceptable?

Her family members come for their special occasions and she was excited to take me. We didn't order an appetizer or cocktails. A diet soda for her. Water for me. They bring a large salad with a house dressing to the table and dinner rolls with butter. My neighbor told me about the salad and bread while we were reading the menu. Although, she said the bread usually comes with an herbed olive oil. I would've much preferred that to the cold butters. The cinnamon butter did not pair well with the salad or Italian food. The salad was ok. The dressing had a good flavor but the lettuce was limp. My neighbor ordered the Capronis Spaghetti with meatballs for her entree. I ordered the Lemon Piccata with Shrimp. The neighbor told the waiter she enjoyed the spaghetti. So, I'm guessing it was good. My Lemon Piccata was terrible. It was the worst lemon piccata I've ever had. For some reason the angel hair pasta had been broken into little pieces before cooking. The pasta was very overcooked and mushy. And it was swimming in sauce. The dish was almost like soup. Since my entree didn't arrive at the table hot the shaved parmesan cheese got clumpy in the lukewarm mush. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. It's right by the river and has great views. There was live music and the big draw seems to be the train that comes by on the tracks right outside the window. There's many signed plates from celebrities that have stopped in. She took our orders and went back to the constant stream of tasks. Our food came in a decent amount of time. The cod sandwich was delicious. The cod perfectly fried with an awesome sauce and the usual vegetables on a brioche bun. We both added the loaded fries. Perfectly seasoned fries that were topped with real cheese, bacon and ranch. They were a total hit. We can't wait to try more menu items on our next visit.

They were unable to answer simple questions about the menu or policies of the restaurant. No fault to them, this only speaks of the lack of training from the management.
