I was referred by a friend of mine. When I came in, Roan told me everything that needed to be fixed. My right front quarter panel was in a previous accident as was fixed at another place which the work was terrible. Roan not only fixed the left front quarter panel (which I originally came to see him for) but he re-did the shoddy work previously done from else where. He started the work right away and was ready the next day. The car was beautiful! Shiny, polished and dent free. He also fixed some dents and dings he came across on my back bumper. Terrible company and owner (Earl Scheib is no longer a franchise). I gave this location many chances and days out of my life to correct their shoddy work. Each time the car was returned with additional scratches and issues. The owner simply does not care! All he wants is money, the quality and respect for ones property is not there at all. They will paint or sand your wheels, they will paint your headlights, they will cut corners, they scratch other areas of your vehicle.. and the owner will swear it wasn't his shop that scratched the vehicle. I'm always a cash paying, non-hustling, repeat and tipping customer! Go somewhere else, the owner only cares about fast money. I brought my car back one time for the fender area which they painted poorly prior, and when I went top pick up the vehicle the owner was looking for a tip! I walked into this shop randomly...I have to say this is a great auto body shop. The price was competitive and I was worried about not having my car in time As that had happen to me before at a different shop..however that was not the case here...my car was given back to me on time..now to the car when i received my car it looked brand new! Straight off the lot new ..also the inside, they detailed it at no extra cost..I had a few dents on the side of my car..scratches and a lot of Marks on my bumper..my car looks brand new ! I was leery at first because Roan was too nice and comforting. He gave me a great price so I just expected an okay job. He told me he would use factory paint. Three days later, I picked up my car and I was surprised at how good the car looked. He even told me the car has several years of warranty. I have recommended several people since. He also told me to bring the car back to wet sand it. I haven't had time to take the car back. Notwithstanding, the car is shinny and the paint is holding up six months later. By the way, most shops were asking for double the money. I feel I got a bargain..... read more

Horrible work and unprofessional establishment. I took my vehicle there and didn't get what I paid for. I also , didn't have an ETA on when the vehicle would be done. I took it to my current body shop and found out that none of the actually repairs were done correctly. Paid for clear coating and a compound after paint and never was done. The owner was actually charging me an extra $300 after I've already paid him for that at the beginning of the deal. Horrible place wouldn't recommend for anyone to trust them with their vehicle repairs. read more

They did a ok job as far as painting but they are very unprofessional. The owner ROAN gave me back my car full of dust and dirt from the paint. It was all over my seats and my sons car seat, steering wheel.. it was a disaster! Kept complaining that the job was more than they expected and should have charged me more money. "He lost money" on this job. Rubber from the body panels missing, he claimed that the painter moved them and he couldn't find them. Broke the wire to my rear window defroster and didn't compensate or fix it. Told me it was "a easy fix". I will not be bring anymore business to this guy again. After cursing him out he has on of his guys half ass air blow the dust out the car. This guy is a rip off and a clown. BEWARE!!! read more

I had my dodge grand caravan fixed here a few months ago. Some body work and painting done. At first glance it looked great but when you looked closer you could see a dent here and there, some parts were held together with some sort of glue. I pointed these things out but the response I got was for the price you paid you can't expect better. Whatever I guess I was happy it was better than what it was when I brought it in. Now we are a few months ahead and my front bumper is coming out, when you look at it you can see the reason that's happening is because they used a drywall screw. Like who uses a drywall screw on a car. The screw is coming out and causing the paint to look lifted in that spot. The fender has also shifted over the past few months and now I can't open my door because the fender has shifted. I'm so disappointed and will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. Going to another body shop this week to see how much its going to cost to fix this. read more

OMG they did such an amazing job!!! If you ever need your car done like if you just got it out the lot this is where to go! If you would of seen what the car looked like before coming in you wouldn't even recognize the car. The service is outstanding and speedy! read more
