I did find strange variation in sale items; some were substantial discounts, while in another case I saw a roughly $8 item "on sale" for twenty cents off, which seems bordering on a sort of unethical deception. The selection of produce was not huge but looked nice; this being Knoxville they had more meat than plants it seemed. Various natural and organic brands popped up. I always try to support the local businesses and I got a few things. This does seem to have a co-op structure so locals who really want to be in regularly might consider buying in.

Spouse got the Warrior Wrap, a wheat tortilla housing a cacophany of flavors that marry so well together - lime cilantro quinoa, black beans, roasted sweet potato, jalepenos (yes this wrap has a kick!), mixed greens, and a house made avocado sauce. Forgive my picture of the two on a paper plate (the veggie crisps came with the wrap). Not pictured but equally delish were my "Almond Joyous" smoothie, and "Energy" smoothies.
