From the cold, dismissive front-desk reception to a physician who barely acknowledged me, this visit felt rushed, impersonal, and careless. I was subjected to a scope that lasted no more than 30 seconds and was presented as if it were simply part of a standard office visit -- only to later be hit with a $310 charge that was never disclosed or discussed at any point. I left without answers, without a treatment plan, and with a surprise bill that felt deliberately hidden. There was no transparency, no informed consent regarding cost, and no communication before the charge appeared. I felt ignored. I felt taken advantage of. And I felt like a billing opportunity rather than a patient. Please learn from my mistake and take your ENT care somewhere that values communication, transparency, and basic respect for patients.

It turns out that being nearby is the least of the reasons I now consider Dr. Richards my audiologist. As he was testing my hearing and explaining my test results and adjusting my hearing aids, he acted as though solving my problem was his only concern and he had all the time in the world for just me; never mind he was not charging me anything for the service, I discovered later. It's been just like that on each of my several visits to Wolfpack. When I need to replace my hearing aids, I definitely will go to Wolfpack.
