Then proceeded to tell me I would be responsible for getting my medical records and then bring them to him because office does not get records faxed or anything in that manner??? Called my ear specialist at the Ear, Nose, and Throat right after I left seeing Lollar, and my records said both of those procedures were an absolute no and would damage my ear drums!!! I'd say that Dr. Jeffries has put together a wonderful staff, as colleagues and everyone who works there have been pleasant and professional in all my visits. Waiting in the waiting room has not been a problem for me, because Dr. Jeffries takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and to give as much information about conditions and treatments as humanly possible. The late optometrist, Lyric Edwards, recommended him to me and he said that there might be a wait but it was worth it. He was right.

Willing to pay the fee but they wanted me to go through the while process again from start with exam. Ladies in lenses have the most "eff you, I dont care" attitude. Save your time and money and just go to someone cheaper that doesn't spend all your money on expensive RGB keyboards and lights that do nothing for the patients. Frames are also marked up about 40% higher than competitors. Get your prescription and get them elsewhere!
